Sorry Kai-V if replying to this wasn't necessary, but seeing as how the previous suggestion wasn't qualified, I hope the latter will help.

It seems that your best option at this point is to keep Storm Pegasis 105RF as is - upgrade 105 to 100 for it to become top-tier. Rock is a barely passable Wheel for Defense, and in some cases, Stamina, if you don't have top-tier Wheels, so can also leave Rock Leone 145WB as is, or swap out the WB and put the SD from the Dark Bull.
