Storm Pegasis 105RF is probably your best combo.

I guess you could try out Rock Aquario 145FS. It will do pretty well in the PTW.

I have some solid combos i just need some more help with the LDrago and Bull side of things. I would like to have at least one attack and one defense/stamina. but i would like the end result to be 4 usable beyblades. here is the perts list.

Hm, Lightning L Drago 100HF, and perhaps Flame Bull C145SD would be decent, but Flame Bull would need a simple 145 Track, and Lightning L Drago would benefit from the addition of a Rubber Flat Bottom. Otherwise, there is not that much else that can be done ...

With what you have, I would suggest Lightning L-Drago 100HF/S(Hole Flat mode, due to its height) and Flame Bull C145SD, but try to pick up something with Rock, and Storm Pegasus.
