Hm, not that much ... Try reading the "zombie" or "spin stealer" threads in the Beyblade Customizations forum, because people have been discussing it, however I do not think any definite combination was found that worked for most people.

Well, it is OK. Earth would be a much better Metal Wheel, Bull a better Clear Wheel for Defense, and a Metal Face could help too. But with Hasbro parts, it is not too bad.

,and my friends just bought a Dark Bull H145SD and Rock Leone 145WB.

Currently I'm using MF Quetz CH120CS and Quetz 90RF (both are AMAZING for me)
and my friends and I decided we wanted our main beys that we use to be a different category.
And my friends are buying a Burn Phoenix 135MS (so he can make Burn Bull 145SD or DF145SD, he's still deciding which track he likes better) and Earth Virgo GB145BS (so he can make MF Earth, need help deciding clear wheel because the Bull is being used already, GB145WB)

What could we do better for Defense and Stamina?

Nah, unless new ones are made, those are solid. (Though for stamina, its all about 145, not DF145 anymore,
-future ref.)
Edit: I think Quetz CH120CS/RF is better than 90RF now, metagame etc gg 3 stock.

Mint SD's are essential to stamina as well, so it's a worthwhile investment.

Also Dark's can be used as makeshift coasters. That's a use.
