Yeah I'm buying this set from YJA and it comes with two SDs. So I can't wait to be able to do some proper stamina testing.

To do one stamina type against another. And have them both performing at their best, you need two SDs.

well heres what ive been doing:
burn 145 sd vs rock 145wb/storm 105rf
then i go and try
earth 145 sd vs rock 145wb/storm 105rf
and try to compare the results, in detail. how much spin duration it seems to have (estimation), how well its survival capability is, etc. its kinda like taking notes

Yeah solo spin time is irrelevant. The best example of this in my experience is Flame Sagittario DF145D vs. Virgo DF145D. Though Flame has a longer solo spin time, because of how thin the wheel is, Virgo often lifts it off the stadium in an upper attack style way.

You should really list your parts like this:
Earth Aquila 145WD
Rock Leone 145WB
Dark Bull H145SD

... because sometimes there are multiple versions of one beyblade. For example, Pegasis. There's the booster version, Pegasis 145D, the starter version, Pegasis 105F, the Attack and Balance Set version, Pegasis 100HF, etc - which is why you need list the track and bottom.

Anyway, from what you listed, here a couple combos:

Earth Aquila DF145SD - one of the best stamina combos
MF Earth/ Rock Aquila DF145WB - defense

I've not tested WD145 myself, but I have heard of some people using it lately with some success, so it is worth a shot (D125 is your second best option). Rock is also an option, but I've found that it does have a little bit of recoil, which is undesirable.

In my opinion, WD145 is a pretty good track for escolpio and leone, since it leaves no gap between the wheel and the track. However, it leaves a little gap for most other wheels (not too good for defense for those).
I'm not too familiar with the virgo wheel since I don't have one...so you need to see whether the gap is big or not...
