Right now it's going for 20ish with shipping included. It may stay like that for a bit, but demand for Libra is pretty high because of how good it is. You could also get the Stamina and Defense Reshuffle for 25 or so more and get Libra + Virgo and other useful parts.

Defense: LibraDF145/D125*D/B*

*(In case you don't want to switch DF145 and/or D from Virgo, or don't get one in your Random Booster)

Just use Driger G with a 10 Wide. You can also use this:

WD: Ten Wide
EG: Driger G or Dragoon GT (doesn't matter which direction)
BB: Driger G

You can't make any "good" combos out of those parts; they're all pretty badly outclassed. The best you could probably do is

RC: Flat Core

WD: 8 Wide
SG: Right (Bearing Version) (Wolborg)
BB: SG Bearing Base (Wolborg)

For a defense combo, you could try:
AR: Tiger Defenser (Driger S)
WD: 10 Heavy
SG: Neo Right SG
BB: SG Metal Ball (Draciel S)
*4 metal balls would be preferred for that combo though.
