Uh I've heard before now that Aquario had some Smash in it - is it worth considering?
Also, as HF has more endurance (?), is there any point to using F (if you have HF)?

As F and HF have the same speed/move and that F has more "grip" than HF => F is less bad in defense than HF.
That's why I put Bull 100 F instead of Bull 100 HF because Bull has big recoil.
But from videos I see, HF is better than F.

HF potentially can make the blade spin little longer but nothing has been proven, I would go ahead and use HF instead of F when you can anyway. Only other thing I can add is Virgo 100 BS, Darkal got the rest as far as I can tell/remember.

Oh, guess that was never answered, apparently it does have smash potential. IDK, i don't have it, but others say so. I'd atleast try Aquarrio 100 HF.

No switch the base to driger s(or a lower flat base if you have a lower one) and SG to MG core or HMC. The AR and WD are fine though.
For smash, you could just switch the SP's to Draciel v2's.

I'm not a specialist but I suggest these combos :
Attack : Aquario 100 HF and Bull 100 F Bull's wheel has really high recoil, it's not good.
Defense : Libra100 B (that's one of the best combos I've had)
Endurance : Virgo D125 BS (it's good for endurance, but endurance isn't good so far. Sharp tips lose balance too fast.)
Balance : Aquario D125 SF (This is not good) and Virgo 100 SF

Changed a bit.

What are yu trying to do there? Metal Change is a little aggressive for that kind of AR. There is probably a better WD for whatever your trying to do.

Anyways, To me it seems like your trying a Fusion of a Compact and Zombie...

No zombie, From Wiki

When shot straight, SG Metal Change will land on the sharpest part of its tip. In this form, this BB has great survival, better than many bearing shaft BBs, such as Wolborg.

The AR is a survival style with attack functions, should I change to Metal Sting? Or SG Semi Flat?

It doesn't have attack functions in left spin,and in right spin its very fragile. I'd choose Flash Leopard's AR instead(for the kind of combo you are wanting), if you plan on keeping that base, and switch to right spin.
