Gravity Phoenix 135 WD for a good defense combo.
Or, you can just use the HF from L-Drago on Gravity Peseus to help its attack power.

[I'm assuming those special editions listed are Burn Phoenix 90WF and Storm Wolf WD145B (Crystal L Drago)]

Stamina:
Burn Phoenix 145WD [Pretty much Top-Tier, just switch the Clear Wheel to Bull to make it Top-Tier.]
Burn Phoenix 90WD [Very Good, it has been tested that low height Stamina combos tend to consistently outspin taller Stamina combos. However, Stamina combos of any height other than 145 have not been listed as Top-Tier yet. And switch the Clear Wheel to Bull for this too.]

Attack:
Storm ______ 90WF [Bad/Mediocre. Switch bottom to RF or R2F and change the height to 100 to make this combo into 'Good'.]

Defense:
Gravity Perseus (Defense Mode) WD145B [Mediocre/Okay. Refer to the Top-Tier Defense combo list on how to improve this (Since none of the parts used in this combo are Top-Tier).]

Those aren't good combos, but I can't advise until I know what the rest of the parts are.

I'm pretty sure the 'ice burn phoenix' comes with 90WF, but I'm not too sure on the Crystal L drago.

If you read the "competitive MFB Combos' thread, you would see there are no competitive balance types.

The best type at the moment is attack, so Lightning l drago 100 F would probably be your best, although Lightning L drago 100 SD would probably be an ok spin stealer.
