so i thought they would change the name or abbreviation

"MF" is never included in the official naming system TAKARA-TOMY has. Personally, the only reason people write abbreviate to "MF" is because they are lazy. Now, either you write it at the beginning of the name, or you actually write "Metal Face" like a good

I have everything for a top teir defence blade except the track ie a metal face earth bull with wb.

These are my available tracks at 145 height

ED145, 145, DF145, SW145

What track should i go with. Or are they all so bad a lower track would be better?

Out of the ones you have, you should use ED145.
