☑️ Special Rules For This Event ☑️
1️⃣ First to 7 Points (WBO Optional Rule)
- ”Matches will be played to 7 points instead of 4 points.”
- ”When a Beyblade enters an over finish state (or otherwise exits the battle zone) but remains spinning, the Judge will begin a slow, even-paced countdown (5, 4, 3, 2, 1, out!) - if the Beyblade does not return to the battle area before the Judge finishes the countdown, that Beyblade becomes finished!”
- "When you score [any finish] against a Bey that did not touch your Bey during the battle, it is considered an own finish instead."
- "An own finish awards 1 point, then the battle is replayed."
- "When a Beyblade exits the Stadium through the Launch/Shooting Area and stops spinning, it is scored as a flying finish, awarding 1 point."
- “Battle footage captured by anyone may be submitted to Judges for review at the end of a battle.”
- “Judges may still decline to use footage submitted this way at their own discretion.”
- "Any time a Judge makes a dice roll, one player will be assigned "evens" and the other player will be assigned "odds." The player with the corresponding result wins the dice roll."
- "All custom Beyblade equipment permitted by the WBO BBX rules are allowed."
- "Noozle3D winder cords are allowed but cannot exceed existing official Hasbro/Takara Tomy winder cord lengths and must be submitted to judges for inspection at the start of each match."
- "Noozle3D Laser Links and third-party "Battle Passes" are allowed but must be shut-off during your match."
- "Noozle3D Launcher Levels and other 3D-Printed angle compasses are allowed."
- "Players may challenge their opponent to swap shooting sides whenever they have the opportunity to reshuffle their deck. Both players may finalize their play order after this step has been resolved."
- "Tie-breaking will be prioritized by: 1. Match Wins / 2. Points Scored / 3. Point Difference"
- Descriptions for each tie-breaker type can be found here!
- "Points earned during a match are no longer capped at the maximum number of points required to win the match. (i.e. In a match played to 7 points, players may score up-to 9 points instead of only 7.)"
- "At the start of each match, players show all the Beys in their deck to their opponent."
- "If Bullet (top portion of Bullet Griffin) exits the stadium, the battle will continue instead of being replayed."
- "Blades may be decorated with paint if it does not affect performance. Paint may not be applied to areas of the blade that touch other parts of the assembled Beyblade or transfers onto other surfaces."
- "Metal parts of a blade can be dyed if it does not affect performance. Dye may not be used if it transfers onto other surfaces. Plastic parts must not be dyed because the process may damage the plastic!"
-
"A Rubber Accel bit is considered "extremely worn" and no longer "legal" for play when the rubber portion of the tip is either:
- No longer the primary contact point of the bit with the stadium floor.
- No longer protruding past the plastic portion of the bit."
"Special Rules" like these are modifiers to the WBO BBX rules.
