Rock wheel type but with a beat wheel mixed together to make a balance & defence bey. It will have 4 rock looking panels and they will stick out causing it to need a higher track.

This would be a 4D bottom. It stands for Rubber Change. It switches from an RSF mode to a WRF mode. The RSF mode uses it's defense to stay in the stadium without getting KO'ed and the WRF attacks the weakened opponent and KOs it.

i think of coat sharp as ruber flat spike also would the spike wear away making it a curver flat rubber
