I hope that you'll be able to make amazing friends in your community!
Second, although all of your decks are already pretty good here are the recommendations that I personally would make!
Deck A:
Aero Pegasus 3-60 Rush, try using Aero Pegasus on 1-60 or 7-60 if you'd like.
Tyranno Beat 1-70 Point, try Tyranno Beat on 1-50.
Cobalt Drake 5-60 Taper, maybe use Cobalt Drake on 1-60 Point if they're available!
Deck B:
Glory Valkyrie Disk Ball, if you have them try testing Elevate, Rush, Kick!
Meteor Dragoon 7-70 Level, I personally uh... love Meteor Dragoon (I'm called Mr. Meteor sometimes) so I'm not the most unbiased person to help with this, I think 7-70 Level is awesome though!
Pegasus Blast (Heavy) 5-60 Hexa, I believe that it is very good already but if you're able to try using 9-60 instead of 5-60!
Deck C:
Bahamut Blitz (Break Wheel) 9-60 Orb, I feel that this is a very unique combo so if it works, it works. That's all I can really say!
Dran Strike 3-60 Rush, I love the idea of using Dran Strike 3-60 but maybe try using Kick or Low Rush.
Cobalt Dragoon 5-60 Dragoon, I think that it's already pretty much perfect!
Deck D:
Wizard Rod 9-60 Ball, I think that it's already pretty much perfect!
Bullet Griffon Merge, I think that it's already pretty much perfect, maybe try Unite instead of Merge though.
Hover Wyvern 1-60 Rush, I think that it's already pretty much perfect, maybe try using Kick instead of Rush if you'd like.
