There's three likely outcomes: the first is a re-release to buffer the release cycle since I don't believe any new beys were slated to release from early-April to early-May (though get hype for mid-late May since there's huge releases throughout this month). The second is that Target might have accidentally re-ordered the last few waves and ended up with extra stock (my Targets too have the same stock selection). Or the third less likely outcome is that Toys-R-Us (going out of business and all) probably had extra stock so Target bought it and redistributed it in their stores.

It was the video content aswell, but I think I have it covered as I did a appeal to the claims
