Infinity is based off of it, but from what I heard at Beys of Glory it's hollow so it's not that heavy.

It's the Hybrid Wheel Version, yes.

It seems to be in the same class as Cyber,and Counter, but I don't know how it performs in battle.

Well, yeah, if the Angle is wider, than the Stadium can move a little, and you won't need to adjust the stadium as much.
