Beyblade: Twilight Adventures

A young 14 year old boy called Sammy was walking home from school when he heard what sounded like a Beyblade battle. He went to the source of the noise, discovering a Beyblade battle between a boy in his class, whose name was Tommy and a 15 year old girl, whose name was Amy.
Sammy had arrived in the middle of the battle and it looked as if Tommy was going to win, however, Amy called out her Beyblade's Special Move, and knocked Tommy's Beyblade out of the stadium, landing right beside Sammy.
Sammy picked it up and had a look at it, he then returned the Beyblade back to Tommy. Tommy thanked him and ran off home.
'So, who will be next to challenge me?', said Amy.
A boy called Chris decided to battle Amy. They then asked Sammy to be the referee for the match. Sammy agreed, and began to count down.
'3...2...1...', he said.
'LET IT RIP!!!!!', shouted Amy and Chris, as both Beyblades entered the makeshift stadium, which was a frying pan. Out of nowhere, a mysterious black Beyblade entered the stadium, knocked both Beyblades out, and disappeared into thin air. This left everyone puzzled. Everyone except Chris, Sammy and Amy then went home.
'What was that?', asked Amy, confused.
'I don't know.', said Chris, even more confused.
The trio then decided to back to Sammy's house to talk about what had just happened. When they arrived, Sammy checked both Beyblades for any damage. Analysing Chris's Beyblade, he then named the Beyblade, which was Devil Cerberus R145HF. Chris was amazed that someone he didn't know knew his Beyblade's parts. He then asked Amy for her Beyblade, analysed it, and again called out the name of her Beyblade, which was Magical Tyranno 85RF. Like Chris, Amy was amazed that he knew her Beyblade's parts. Sammy then told them that they can stay over for tonight while he fixes their Beyblades.
Next morning, on the way to school, they talk some more about the mysterious Beyblade, and what it could be.

After arriving at school, Sammy, Chris, and Amy see two girls battling each other, Sammy then analyses the two girls' Beyblades and records their parts. The first Beyblade was known as Mercury Ape QH135MD, and the second one was known as Feather Anubis 95MF. As both Beyblades attacked each other with all their strength, the mysterious shadow that disrupted Amy and Chris' battle appeared again, with the same thing as before happening; Both Beyblades get knocked out of the stadium while the mysterious Beyblade disappears into thin air. The two girls were shocked at what had just happened and ran into the school building. Meanwhile, another Beyblade battle was about to start when suddenly the kids battling asked Amy and Chris to battle, and they accepted. Amy and Chris both searched their pockets for their Beyblades, but couldn't find them.
'Oh, sorry', said Sammy, here they are, handing Amy and Chris their Beyblades. ' I gave them a quick tune-up', he adds.
'Thanks', said Amy and Chris in unison.
As Amy and Chris attached both their Beyblades to their launchers, Sammy noticed something strange, so he secretly attached his Beyblade to his launcher just in case something strange happened. He then began to think about what the mysterious Beyblade was, and continued to think about it until his thoughts were disrupted by the super-excited shout of 3 2 1 Let it rip!!!!, and the sound of Beyblades being launched into the stadium and landing successfully, before the sound of them clashing happened. Sammy then turned his thoughts to the ongoing battle.
The battle had attracted a huge crowd, even all the teachers watched it.
'Go Cerberus!', said Chris, enthusiastically.
'Attack Tyranno!', said Amy, full of energy.
As both Tyranno and Cerberus attacked the other kids Beyblades, another Beyblade joined in the battle, and hit Tyranno and Cerberus, knocking both of them to the edge of the stadiun.
'What is that?', said Chris, puzzled.
'I don't know', said Amy, confused.
Tyranno and Cerberus quickly regained balance and started attacking the black Beyblade that had just joined the battle, although it seemed as if the attacks had no use. Sammy then noticed the black Beyblade, and decided to make the battle even. Sammy then ran up to Chris and Amy and launched his Beyblade. Amy and Chris were surprised that Sammy even had a Beyblade, but, as they took a closer look at it, they realized that it was the Beyblade they both had seen on Sammy's desk after going there last night. Sammy's Beyblade contained parts Amy and Chris had not seen before.
'Go Cosmic Salamander!', shouted Sammy, as Salamander fiercely attacked the black Beyblade, knocking it back into the other two Beyblades and knocking them out. It was know Chris, Sammy and Amy vs the kid with the black Beyblade. The black Beyblade then released its Special Move and it surrounded itself in a black barrier, which was alarmingly similar to the mysterious Beyblade. Amy, Chris and Sammy all used their Special Moves, and a big, huge explosion occured, leaving a huge cloud of smoke covering the stadium. After three minutes, the smoke finally cleared, with the black Beyblade the only one in the stadium, it was still spinning! Three objects which looked like meteors came crashing into the ground in front of Sammy, Chris and Amy. The objects were their Beyblades, they had lost. The kid with the black Beyblade introduced himself as David and told them that their Beyblading skills were good, but could use some improvement. He then recalled his still unknown Beyblade.
Amy, Sammy and Chris were speechless as they went to class.

Amy and Chris got up at 8.45 am the Saturday after the battle and rushed to Sammy's house, they had something to show him. When they got there, the house was empty and they found a note saying "Dear Amy and Chris, I'm writing this note to say that I am moving house, and probably will not see you again. I'm sorry about not telling you. From Sammy". Amy and Chris went to the local sports arena to sign up for the regional tournament. There was a total of 1000 places available, which would be split into 50 blocks of 20, where the top two qualify for the second round of blocks, which would be 100 people still in, and are split into 4 blocks of 25, from which, the top 4 in each qualify for the first knockout round, etc.
There was a poster containing the details of the layout of the tournament, it read:
Round Robin #1 ---> Round Robin #2 ---> First knockout round ---> Quarter Final ---> Semi Final ---> Final ---> Winner.
After Amy and Chris signed up, they both were given their entry numbers, which were no. 999 and number no. 1000, which meant they were the last competitors in the regional tournament. As they made their way to the seating area, they noticed a familiar face in the first block. It was Sammy! They were surprised. The referee then announced the names of the 20 competitors in the first block. The referee counted down from 3 to 1, and everyone launched their Beyblades. Sammy seemed to be doing well, as he knocked out 6 Beyblades in a row, when suddenly, a huge explosion happened, leaving a huge cloud of smoke, and when it cleared, only two Beyblades remained, Sammy's and David's, who Chris and Amy had not noticed until then. 3 hours later, and it was time for their block. As soon as the Beyblades landed in the stadium, Chris and Amy decided to use their Special Moves to finish the block quickly. The plan worked, and they were the last to qualify for the second Round Robin.

The second round of the regionals started, with Sammy in Block A, Chris in Block B, Amy in Block C and David in Block D. As the Beybladers from Block A entered the covered stadium, there was a sudden cloud of smoke, and they started panicking. However, it was just the stadium being revealed. The stadium was in the shape of the Eiffel Tower. After the stadium was revealed, the referee counted down, and the match started. It seemed as if everyone was trying to eliminate Sammy, however, Sammy didn't let his guard down and used his Special Move to eliminate all but 5 Beyblades. The 5 Beyblades were all Attack types, 4 had nearly no Stamina. Sammy's Beyblade then knocked out 2 more Beyblades, and Block A had finished, with Sammy, two girls, and another boy qualifying.

Block B was next, and Chris stepped out into the stadium, and the stadium was revealed to be in the shape of a zoo. The Zoo Stadium suited Chris the best as he used to practice Beyblading in the zoo. As the Beyblades entered the stadium, a mysterious red, blue and green Beyblade all used their Special Moves, leaving just Chris' Beyblade, and their Beyblades the last ones spinning.

Block C was next, with Amy winning her block with ease. She used her Special Move immediately to knock out most of the Beyblades. The stadium was in the shape of a desert. Amy then returned to Sammy and Chris, qualifying for the 3rd round along with them.

Block D was over as soon as the Beyblades entered the stadium. David, along with a mysterious yellow Beyblade, and two girls.
