Beyblade: The Story of Joy, Friendship, and Sadness

I've been apart of the WBO for over a year now, so I thought this would be fun, haha.
I was also talking to Spinster and saw that I have a long story...

So, here it goes.

Beyblade: The Story of Joy, Friendship, and Sadness

I started off playing Beyblade back when my dad owned his own car lot. I'd get paid $5 every time he sold a car, and I was there. One day at a Fred Myers I decided to buy a Beyblade and a stadium. Or at least, that's what I think. you see, my childhood was a blur. I can remember some details, but not much.

Anyways, I had some Beyblades and a stadium. My dad and I would play against each other on the floor, and in the stadium. I would launch my Dragoon G into the stadium with those little key ring things in it and watch it spin around in the mayhem I created. Ah, I remember that Beyblade. I'd wined it up with the tool, or just my fingers. It's the only Beyblade I remember having, but I remember it clearly. My dad would use the electric Dragoon G, and I'd always use my "regular" Dragoon G. I don't remember battles, but I remember sitting there winding it up and getting ready.

This was back in the day when a Beyblade was $5, and a stadium was around $8. I remember being at the store one day and buying a stadium and maybe a few Beyblades. All I remember from that day is that there was Beyblade on shelves higher then I could reach. Not sure why I remember it, but I do. It was a prod moment for me. I walked out of the store with confidence in my purchase. I believe it was the day I bought my Dragoon g.

Then, a sad time happened. Not sure how, but I lost all of my beloved Beyblades. I don't know how, or when. All I know is that I no longer have them. I don't even remember what I felt like not having them.

At the age of around 12, I came across a magical thing in my best friends closet. He has some spinning tops, known as Beyblades. He taught me how to play Beyblade again, and I loved it. It was the thrill of battle I loved most. I used a little white Beyblade, while he used a green one with balls in it, and a giant one that could spin left. We didn't really know the names of them, nor did we care. We just enjoyed the thrill of battle in his giant blue stadium.

After a while, we would play what we would call "Beyblade Soccer". We would stick a metal ball in while we were battling, and have it bounce around. If your Beyblade hit it in, you got a point. We loved doing this. His giant white one was like the Michel Jordan of Beyblade Soccer. Then one day when I was over at his house, he gave me one of his Beyblades... That Beyblade, is known as Driger S. I fount out it was names Driger by the stickers on it, and it turns out he had a Draciel and an electric Dragoon G. I loved that Beyblade to death. It only lost when he would use his HMS Beyblade (to this day we don't even know the name of it)

Then one day I went to Pokemon league with my friends. Turns out, there were two Asian kids that go by the name of Kyle and Carl. They too, had fighting spirit in them. To this day I remember Beyblading on the floor, and using our ripcords as a guide. They had lots of different Beyblades, it was an amazing site to see. It was that day I found out my very good friend Leigh, and his brother also play.

After that day, Leigh, his brother and I would always battle with our Beyblades. They have more then I did, but I still had fun. We would battle in the old G Revolution Mobile Stadium. Leigh used Kid Dragoon, and Draciel MBD. While his brother owned the great Dragoon G, Tripio (or so we think) and an electric Dragoon G.

The three of us battled non stop for hours. Time flew by, and we still would have fun. I just had a Driger S at the time, but man was it fun. With my trusty Driger, I would win almost all matches with ease. That is, until they used their HMS Beyblades... Man I hated those damn things. They made me furious. They would knock me out of the stadium, and send my Beyblade flying.

From there, I remember a magical day. At Pokemon league one day, Kyle gave me a free Beyblade. It was a combo he made. It was a Dranzer G AR, 8 Heavy, and a flat base. Man I was happy! I finally had another Beyblade, and I still have it and love it. That was also a sad day. He too had a HMS Beyblade. And on that particular day he brought in a stadium. When we battled for the first time, his HMS sent my Driger out flying. It came apart, and I had to spend a while looking for all the pieces.

A while later I traded that Dranzer for my Leigh's MBD. I then kept these two Beyblades for a while. I loved how the MBD has the little metal balls in it. I thought it was an attack type, as it had spikes, haha.

Well, I'll finish the rest tomorrow. It gets better, haha.
Great story!

Got anything to say besides that? I'm kinda interested in what people have to say. Like, what I could do better?

But thanks!
Hmm...Not bad, actually. Would you mind if I reviewed it?

*It seems that sometimes , you repeat words that make your story seem a little repetitive. Try not to always use "My dad" or "Dragoon G," know what I'm saying?
*A littlecslow with not a lot of action- not that you can really be blamed for that or anything. Simply an observation.

I see what you mean being repetitive. I'll try not to, for now on, haha.

As for action... It's not a fanfic, more of the story on how I got into Beyblade...

But thanks!
cool idea, hmmm ( plots how I could do it better)

but no i'm glad someone finally decided to do this. I was thinking a bit about it, but more sort of part real part unreal. I agree with what sparta said about the repetition, but it's only to be expected. especially if we're in real life we normally do repeat stuff.
