^^ Is that really one of your issues? There are more 19-20 year olds at the actual Expo than teenagers. In any case I don't think it'd be weird in any way. Besides, we're a community. Like a family. Obviously there will be a range of age groups.
Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution
I wish Giga could come. Theres not enough children (At least I can be next to BeyUnit and KidTala without being drowned by adults & teens D:...)
:o what if Im the only child

The blades I was going to sell at the tourney could be lent out instead... it might pee a few people off on here that were going to buy them at the event, That would be 9 that I'm able to lend and I also have 5 Beylaunchers I could lend out.
I would happily sell them after the tourney if anyone actually wanted them or sell them if no one borrows them.

^ I don't mind as long as it's for a good cause. It was more of a fanciful buy anyways. :3 I'd still want one if you didn't sell them all though.
Believe it or not, I would take this over but my big problem is that I don't have the money (If I need money) to do any of it. This is annoying though because everyone was/is looking forward to this and at the moment it is all just going down the toilet.
^ It's not gonna go 'down the toilet'.
It may end up as more of a meet up than a tourney but as long as we turn up, have some fun and battles it should be fine. We also need to get other people interested. I don't expect too many people to take out of their shopping time to blade with us but we can at least offer them a few rounds and give them a leaflet. I was thinking it over and I think that's pretty important. Even if they don't want to blade then we should give out as many leaflets as possible. People take them at these things and even if they don't look at them then they may look at them later. This would be a good way to get older bladers so I'm hopefully gonna print of a loooad of these. Any ideas for numbers?
It'd be nice to have a sandwich board kinda thing with the black and yellow thingy Brad made on it but unless someone actually has one already I don't think it's too necessary. Also, as it seems we're gonna be blading inside the building, but outside the main event, if we take over one of the inlets at the side of the main corridor, we can stick some posters up on the walls.
Also, stadiums. I don't know if Brad's even managed to get through to Chozen recently. Either way, I'm not sure if he's coming or when, etc and this means we don't know how many stadiums will be there if any at all. So I think anyone who has stadiums should bring them along. If you could list which ones you can bring here that'd be great as I'm kinda doubtful about this at the moment. And it would suck if we all turned up and we had no stadiums to blade in. XD
I'm not actually trying to take over or anything, just putting my thoughts forward. If anybody has any other suggestions, things they think are important or things they might wanna bring then please say. Like something soft to put under the stadiums, clipboards, even crisps or something, all the smaller stuff. I think we should make a list of everything that needs to be done between us. It shouldn't be too much but there are often smaller things that get forgotten. I don't expect this to be amazing but we can try our best. :3
I personally have no stadiums. Only one broken Hasbro stadium. Sorry. I woulda bought a couple if I'd thought ahead enough but whatevers. I can lend out blades though. It seems we should be okay in that respect.
Oh and we need to swap numbers at some point. Maybe not so soon but before the Expo obviously. Do people wanna send round an email or all send them to one person who sends a list to everyone or do people not want everyone knowing there numbers and only want to give it to one person? I personally am not too bothered but I'm sure they'll be someone who's protective over there number. ^^;

That's it, we need leaflets, nice thinking Rocky! Leaflets fly around like crazy in that place with the numbers that hang around. So we need to design that which I could try and do if you want but I won't be able to print a load of though.
Not really my idea......I'm referring to the pamphlets than Brad made. XD Though if there's some sort of information that you think is necessary then you could ask Brad to include it or post it here. It may already be included though. :X
Hm, what's the link to this thing of Brad's again?
I bought a brand new Attack stadium which I will have soon. I'm not going to open it untill I get to the tourney, so we will have at least one stadium lol.
EDIT: with the whole number situation I'm not really bothered who knows my number or not. Guess the person who is going to be at the expo frist should get are numbers.

That is pretty good and I can't see anything missing really, so yeah, that would work nicely, if we could use it of course.
Right......so that's one stadium. Anyone got a Stamina, Balance, or Wide Square stadium? Or do we just wanna stick to like two or three attack stadiums? There more balanced and so probably better for the tourney but it would be fun to have variety for the free battles at least.........
If no one else can bring a stadium then I guess I would be able to bring my other Attack Stadium or Balance stadium... I don't really have the money to replace them atm so if they got broken/lost or what ever I'd be pretty pee'd off, but i'll do it if no one else can bring a stadium...
^ I didn't really want to rely on you but I'm not sure who else can.......whatever you end up bringing, if something get's broken, I'll buy you a new one. Or give you the money for you to buy your own one. :3
Still, it's not like this has been up long. Hopefully come evening time here, some other people will have volunteered. D:

If work isn't a problem for that weekend then I will be able to bring two stadiums. I have all of them so meh. I won't know whether I will definately be able to come until the Friday before, Thursday at the earliest.
Friday is my early shift, and if I can go I will be going down on the Friday afternoon to meet friends. We will have to see.

Damn, cutting it close. XD Good luck though. I really hope you can make it.

No, I mean for me to be running the event XD
^ Ooooh, okay. Sorry. XD Either way, try and make it next time. ^^;
Right, from what I know already regarding my previous conversation with MCM. If Chozen were to still go ahead with this and Expo were to give us space then the following would need to be done.
This is where our expo is different from yours. I can contact expo to see if they would give Chozen space for the event. The listed stuff above is part of the standard protocol that all stall owners need to follow.
- He would need to turn up Friday to set up.
- He would need to be at the expo all weekend and can't leave the stall/location unattended.
- He would be given entry to the expo for free.
