Its alright!! We understand. Awesome writers have a life and we should respect that
This almost makes me want to start making stories again! Thanks for getting me thinking about it!
Last time on Beyblade Z-Revolution! After Cobalt Eye faces off against the fiercesome Norman Tarver, he is eventually defeated and finds himself free from possession and meets a German blader called Cuza Ackerman!

Chapter 4 - The BC Sol Tournament! Adamantine Barrage Fury!
“Are we there yet?” Taiki complained, sighing. They had been hiking through the forest for hours, without food or water. The two boys even had a close encounter with a snake, which Cuza would often tease Taiki about.

“No, not yet. We’re nearly there,” he responded as Carl squawked, “Not yet! Nearly there!”

As the boys continued to walk through the forest, Taiki decided to start a conversation.
“So, this BC Sol place, how do I join?”
“Well, they’re having this tournament on a cruise. The first and second place bladers will earn themselves a spot!”
“Hm, that’s cool. Is there food?”
“Well, Ange’s cooking is top notch, that’s all I can say.”

A rogue white feather had slapped Taiki in the face, as he swatted it away. It was obviously from Carl, as he turned to his right and noticed the cockatoo was flapping its wings. And within seconds, the bird was off into the air.

“Does your bird usually do this?” Taiki joked, however Cuza wasn’t laughing this time, despite being the biggest jokester himself.
“Uh oh. He’s never done this before!” Cuza panicked, chasing after Carl.

As Taiki barely caught up with the duo, he noticed that they had disappeared.
“What in the worl-“
He was cut off after tripping on a twig, as he barrel-rolled into a bush. Taiki closed his eyes and noticed himself in a changed setting, beside the sea.

After brushing the prickly leaves off of himself, he stood up and found Cuza, who ran up to the young boy with Carl on his head.
“So has everything worked out?”
“Yeah, he was just excited to see that.”
“What?”
“That.” Cuza has pointed to a large cruise-ship which had docked into a pier.

Taiki, turning to the German blader, noticed about two-dozen bladers already filing onto the ship.
“So, you coming?” Taiki asked.
“I can’t, I’m already in. See you in Spain!” The grey-haired boy waved goodbye, as Taiki boarded the white ship.

To the ship’s nose, it was engraved with large bold text, reading ‘SS. Bey Queen.’ Arriving on the main deck of the ship, he looked to his right and noticed a stage which a pink-haired girl wearing referee attire adjusted the microphone.

“Attention please.” She politely smiled. As everyone quietened down, she continued talking. “Welcome everyone to the number one team in the world, BC Sol! We’ll have a number of battles, and the remaining two will earn themselves a spot at BC Sol!”

The crowd cheered, as an old man wearing a tropical-pattern pink shirt read his clipboard.
“Ah, hello kiddos! I’m Raul, the bey trainer here!”
Raul called up the first two bladers, and one by one, from two dozen, there was about six bladers left.

“Next up, is Taiki Igarashi against Pablo Armstrong.” The old man called out. As they  prepared for battle, Taiki noticed he had a generic Beyblade. However, he couldn’t say much for his own as Theseus was heavily damaged.

“Let it rip!”

Adamantine Theseus, from all the cracks and dents, was extremely unbalanced, wobbling away as if there was no tomorrow.
“Not good! Hold on, Theseus!” Taiki encouraged, as Pablo chuckled.
“You stand no chance! Attack!”

Pablo’s generic Blaze Ragnaruk with the parts ‘4, Meteor and Accel’ crashed into Theseus, as Ragnaruk burst immediately.

“Taiki wins the battle,” Raul announced as Pablo snorted, exiting the cruise.

Taiki panted, as he noticed that Adamantine Theseus was just one click away from bursting.
“This isn’t good. I bet if I beat Norman, Theseus would be even more damaged.” Taiki attempted to imagine the scenario.

He scanned the deck and noticed it was only him and another blader, who had long, crimson hair in a similar hairstyle to Boa’s.

“Well then, we have our finalists, Taiki Igarashi and Nile Alcacer!" Raul announced, chuckling. “This is going to be a good one.”

Before the two bladers walked to the stadium, Christina, the pink-haired girl, stepped in.
“Congratulations to you to on making it to the finals. Either way, the blader in first place will make it to the A Team, and second place will be on the B Team.”

“Right.” Taiki nodded, as Nile fell silent, however he had something that made Taiki’s stomach vigorously churn.

“Alright bladers, do your best.” Raul added, before Taiki noticed the ship was moving. He turned to Raul,
“Where are we going?”
“Ho-ho, to Spain of course! That’s where our headquarters are of course.”

What the old man was saying was true, the pier was getting farther and farther away. Taiki shook his head and sauntered to the other side of the stadium.

As Nile exchanged beys with the cobalt-haired boy, he said emotionlessly,
“I’m Boa Alcacer’s brother. I’m not going to hold back.”
“Then the same thing goes for me.”

Observing Nile’s bey, he noticed it was a defense type on hand. The layer was crimson red with a fully-round shape, and three wings retracted on the inside which had metal. The top of the layer also featured six, bulky and red anti-clockwise blades.

“It looks pretty cool,” Taiki complimented. To which, Nile nodded blankly.

The disc was another new part, ‘9’ which had five bumps to the back, and four on the front. The frame, Shield, featured a shield-like design with a big curve at the top, which adjoined together at the bottom. The driver, was Friction.

“So what’s the name?” Taiki asked.
“Crescent Niddhog,” Nile replied.
“And he’ll be the one to take you down!”
“I’ll let my Theseus do the talking,” Taiki replied.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Crescent Niddhog immediately  took the center and swerved around, blocking Adamantine Theseus.
“Hm! Is that all you got?”
“Nope, kinda rude for you to underestimate me! Go hard, Theseus!”

As Niddhog blocked the incoming barrage of attacks from Theseus, Taiki knew it was time.
“Now, Ultimate Adamantine Reboot!”
The prongs on the Ultimate Reboot driver once again retracted inward, giving the entire bey a surge of power.

However, the chipped layer made Theseus wobble, as it slammed into the wall, bouncing about.
“Oh no! Theseus!” Taiki whined, as his bey barrel-rolled into Crescent Niddhog, effortlessly deflecting his attack.

“This battle will be over soon,” Nile snorted, as Theseus had charged once again back into his opponent.
“Deflect his attack!” Nile commanded, as Niddhog slithered around the center of the stadium, tossing Theseus into the wall again.

Somehow, Adamantine Theseus had temporarily stabilized from the heavy attack, however gained a click, one step closer to bursting.

“Impossible!” Nile grunted in disbelief, as Theseus circled around the stadium’s outer rim, picking up speeds at a ridiculous pace.
“Keep charging Theseus! Go, go!” The cobalt-haired boy was full of energy and enthusiasm, whilst Boa’s brother, Nile, was surprised at the sudden comeback.

Adamantine Theseus, after dropping from the outer rim, attacked rapidly in a series of attacks, before climbing the stadium wall again.
“Adamantine Barrage Fury!”

Both Kristina and Raul, who were watching from the stage, gasped in shock. This energetic eleven-year old boy had recovered from a series of attacks, and was now using a new special move.

Adamantine Theseus swooped down at the stadium’s highest peak, dealing a second series of attacks, almost like Valt Aoi’s Rush Launch. From an angle, it almost seemed like Theseus was teleporting.

“Full power!” Taiki exclaimed, as Raul, Christina and Nile all gasped in unison again.
“What’s this?” Nile questioned, as the Crescent Niddhog had been thrown into the air, clicking once and then landing beside him.

“An interesting battle!” Raul commented. “One point to Adamantine Theseus for an Over Finish!”

Nile, picking up his bey beside him, almost seemed submerged. Meanwhile, the same was happening with Taiki. He opened his eyes and found himself in a blank space, the only thing present was himself and a shadow.

“H-hello? Who’s there?” Taiki nervously roamed around, before looking up to see Theseus’ bit beast.
“I am Theseus.” The bit beast spoke,  “I see we haven’t strengthened our bond together, so do not be too cocky. That is all I advise you, Taiki.”

Those big words seemed to have bounced off of Taiki’s head, however he nodded, and suddenly, before the cobalt-haired boy could say anything, he re-appeared on the cruise ship, the white space and Theseus disappearing.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Both beys had made it a race for the center, and they had claimed it at the same time. Adamantine Theseus and Crescent Niddhog were clashing, expelling gusts of wind and energy, speeding up the ship, and violently shaking the water.

As Crescent Niddhog’s bulky, circle-shaped layer knocked back Theseus, the driver boosted.
“Ultimate Adamantine Reboot!”
And just like that, Theseus was back in the zone, with full speed.

Counter-attacking Niddhog, Adamantine Theseus circled around the stadium, pushing Niddhog to the outer rim.
“I see what you’re doing! It won’t work on me!” Nile boasted, as Niddhog tilted on its rubber friction driver, turning the tables, thus pushing Theseus aside.

“Hold on, just keep pushing Theseus!” Taiki exclaimed, however it was practically no use.
“End of the line, Taiki! Final Crescent Break!” Nile bellowed, as Niddhog’s bit beast, a long, crimson, scaly serpent appeared.

Crescent Niddhog had a sudden boost of power, and darted across the stadium, pinning Theseus into the wall. And suddenly, Taiki’s bey was into the air, however it spiralled downward, crashing onto the top of the stadium’s wall.

“Keep on going, Theseus!” Taiki panted, exhausted from the battle as more dust, wind and energy escaped. Adamantine Theseus had slammed into the top of the stadium wall, flinging itself back up and onto the stadium floor again, as Taiki roared, urging it to continue.

“No way,” Nile gasped.
“He truly reminds me of Valt,” Christina turned to Raul.

Theseus had already lost two clicks, and was one away from bursting. Once again, Adamantine Theseus had de-stabilized, jumping across the stadium as Crescent Niddhog, out of nowhere, had appeared.
“Finish him! Final Crescent Crash!” Nile thundered.

As Theseus was in the air from jumping, Niddhog immediately caught Taiki’s bey and clashed with it fiercely, as a huge dome of light wrapped around the stadium, almost blinding the people, as Taiki, Christina and Raul covered their eyes.

As the light had dissapeared, Crescent Niddhog was still spinning in the center, fully intact. Meanwhile, Adamantine Theseus had exploded into three parts, as it was noticeably damaged heavier than last time.

“No way!” Taiki gasped in disbelief. Raul, walking down from the stage, pointed to Nile.
“Two points for a Burst Finish! The score is now 2-1, meaning Nile wins!”

Immediately realizing that he had lost, Taiki was handed a small card with a photo, Beyblade, information all crammed into it. Next to his photo, ‘B Team’ was labeled.

Out of exhaustion, Taiki fell to the floor as Christina escorted and showed Nile to the dorms. Meanwhile, the cobalt-haired boy headed over to Raul.
“You know, Cuza did mention that my bey looked better in blue. But seriously though, it’s damaged. Can you please repair it?”
Raul nodded. “Ho ho, of course kiddo! Follow me!”

Taiki, following the old man, was led into a cozy-looking workshop full of materials, computers and spare bey-parts. As he handed Raul his Theseus, the man immediately began recolouring it with a new coat of blue, and repairing the layer.

Ten minutes later, Taiki walked out of the room with an almost brand new beyblade. It was the same old Adamantine Theseus, just painted an azure-cobalt color.

The sun began to set, as it fell behind the horizon, leaving a beautiful setting in the water. Taiki, who was leaning against the edge of the ship, yawned and headed back into his dorm, ready to wake up to his first day at BC Sol.

I like your story and all, but I think you keep putting it outside the spoiler
I really like the names you gave your original Beys. They dont sound too “Fanon” or funky/odd/out of place; and they sound pretty interesting like actual Beys. Good job!

Chapter 6 - Ominous Wind! Supreme Garuda!

Taiki, sitting next to Cuza on the bus, pressed his nose against the window to his left, as a large, odd-shaped building came into view.

Hopping off, Cuza landed with a backflip, and Taiki, Sasha, Free and Nile all followed afterward.

“Ho-ho! We’re here, kiddos! Make us proud!” Raul chuckled once again, walking into the front door of the building.

The five representatives, Sasha, Nile, Cuza, Taiki and Free, all followed the old man into a building, which led to a modern, decorated and lit-up room inside.

Taiki found a long bench with a machine at the front.
“So, you’ve been in a match before?” Cuza asked.
“Nope,” the boy replied, “First time.”

Free, Sasha and Nile all took a seat on the bench as the Royals, BC Sol’s opponent, arrived as Taiki spotted a boy his age with a tuxedo and a top hat talking to another. He was extremely tall, and wore a blue vest with a fuzzy green collar sticking out.

“That’s Ghasem Madal,” Cuza informed, “He’s the leader of the team, and the strongest!”

Taiki, clearly interested, nodded. Sasha, from the back, smiled,
“Well me and my Divine Sphinx will take him down!”

Nothing came out of Free much, however he seemed to be tossing a bey into the air for entertainment. Taiki couldn’t really tell what it was, however he was pretty certain he’d get a glimpse later.

As the host, Hanami, began welcoming the crowd, Ghasem from the other team placed his BeyLogger on a machine and walked to the stadium.
“Ladies and gentlemen! Our representative from the Royals is none other than Ghasem Madal!”

Meanwhile, BC Sol had a hard time deciding.
“How about Free?” Taiki asked, pointing to the bored-looking teenager.
Sasha, Nile and Cuza turned to Free, who placed his bey back into the pockets of his baggy pants.
“Well, if I battled, it would be too easy. I’ll step in if all else fails.” Free said, yawning.

As Taiki shrugged, it was between the four to decide.
“I’ll go,” Nile offered, “Even though Supreme Garuda is a stamina type, keep in mind that Niddhog can act as an attack type.”

Cuza and Taiki had no obligations, however Sasha stopped Nile from placing his beylogger on the machine.
“Hold up! If you want more attack power,” the blue haired girl said, taking Theseus’ Crown Frame, and placing it on Crescent Niddhog, swapping the Shield frame.

“Thanks.” Nile strolled to the machine, and after placing his beylogger, he stood on the opposite end of the stadium to Ghasem.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we have Nile, against Ghasem! This should be good!” Hanami announced publicly in his microphone.

Taiki glared upward and looked at Supreme Garuda, a wide and colossal bey, had a round-yellow layer with more metal patches. The disc, 24, was a part Taiki had already seen on Disaster Nemesis. The frame, Hover, was extremely similar to Expand, however it had more curves in it, helping it glide. The driver, Propeller, was almost like a mix between Flugel and Wedge, having four wings but a metal tip.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Crescent Niddhog took the center, as Supreme Garuda hovered and landed on Niddhog, pushing it away into a wall. Thanks to the Crown frame, Niddhog was able to make a recovery and it drilled into Garuda, flinging it into the air.

“Hah! You fell into my trap!" Ghasem chuckled, as Garuda stabilized and glided down. Its propeller driver seemed to be spinning, as the metal driver gave it an enormous boost of power.

“Now Niddhog! Final Crescent Serpentine Bite!” Nile commanded, as the three wings on Niddhog had emerged, dashing over to Supreme Garuda as they clashed in the center, as wind and energy expelled from the stadium.

Supreme Garuda, getting flung in the air, suddenly glowed a vivid yellow as Ghasem called out,
“Now! Supreme Bird Flight!”

Garuda had somehow gotten the wings on its driver and frame in perfect sync, as it spiraled down, landing onto Crescent Niddhog, bursting it immediately.

“Two points to Supreme Garuda! Ghasem wins with the score of 2-0, giving the Royals a point!” The referee decided, pointing to Ghasem as he walked away coldly.

Nile, picking up Niddhog’s pieces, removed the Crown Frame and tossed it over to Taiki as he headed back. Nobody had said a word, until the Cobalt-haired boy said,
“It doesn’t matter if you lose. Whether we win or lose, we can still have fun!”
Nile, transforming his frown into a smile, nodded.

“So, who’s going up?” Cuza asked, as Sasha hopped off of the bench and placed her beylogger on the machine.

“I am.”

Sasha headed up to the stadium and her opponent wasn’t too much of a worry, just a blader with a generic bey.

“Let it rip!” They cried in unison, as Divine Sphinx immediately warped through the other bey, bursting it immediately.

“Two points to Divine Sphinx for a Burst Finish! Sasha wins with the score of 2-0, giving BC Sol a point, tying up the score!”

The crowd cheered, as Sasha headed back to the bench and stuck her tongue out.
“I told you I’d do it.”

As BC Sol celebrated their point, Ghasem once again decided to step up.
“Uh oh, this isn’t good,” Taiki panicked once again.
“Well, how about I go up?” Cuza questioned, as Free had hopped off the bench.

“My turn. Me and Catalyst Fafnir will finish him.” Free had placed his Beylogger onto the machine, and ambled toward the stadium.

Taiki couldn’t exactly tell what Catalyst Fafnir or Divine Sphinx looked like, as the battles would happen pretty fast.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Catalyst Fafnir had bounced off of its driver, pushing it as it zoomed across the stadium, immediately crashing into Supreme Garuda.

The propeller driver on Garuda was pushed backward, as Supreme Garuda was sent flying into the air.
“Now! Supreme Bird Flight!” Garuda’s bit beast, a fiery, armoured bird had appeared.

Supreme Garuda fell back to the stadium, however it seemed as if Catalyst Fafnir was absorbing the attack. Fafnir sped up, and claimed the centre, not budging a single bit from the attacks.

“Playtime’s over. Spread your wings, Fafnir.” Free commanded, as Supreme Garuda had knocked Fafnir into the wall, and lost stamina, as Catalyst Fafnir couldn’t spin steal.

Fafnir then pushed downward onto its driver, as it zoomed around the stadium and blasted through Garuda, who lost two clicks but was ultimately flung out of the stadium.

“One point to Catalyst Fafnir for an Over Finish. The score is now 1-0,” The referee announced as the crowd had chanted Free’s name.

“Soon, they’ll be chanting for me,” Ghasem mumbled under his breath.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Catalyst Fafnir and Free both weren’t holding back, as Fafnir pushed downward onto its driver, surging across and knocking Garuda into the air.

Garuda, attempting to land on Fafnir’s layer, had missed and landed onto the stadium’s surface, depleting itself of stamina.

Fafnir had taken the centre, as Garuda tilted on the propeller driver’s sharp metal tip, driving it toward Catalyst Fafnir.

Supreme Garuda dealt a barrage of attacks, but they once again proved themselves to be useless, as Fafnir somehow gave stamina to Garuda, speeding it up.

Nevertheless, Fafnir was running out of stamina, but it seemed as if Free had a trick up his sleeve.

“Hah! You’re letting me win, this is going to be easy,” Ghasem snarked. Fafnir once again gave Garuda some stamina, boosting its stamina once more.

However, this time, Garuda had too much speed, causing it to go rogue, as it bounced and crashed into the stadium wall, losing a click. Things were looking good for Fafnir, however, as it remained at a perfect amount of endurance.

“Enough! Supreme Bird Flight!” Ghasem commanded, as Garuda charged into Fafnir, boosting its stamina once again.

Garuda became uncontrollable, as Fafnir lowered onto its driver, redirecting Garuda into the wall, as it lost two clicks.

Catalyst Fafnir returned to the centre, as Supreme Garuda wobbled downward, and used the last of its stamina to barrage, as each one grew heavier.

At the last hit, Supreme Garuda, with too much speed, fell onto its driver and spun on its layer, landing on Fafnir and bursting.
“Impossible!” Ghasem gasped.

“Two points to Catalyst Fafnir for a Burst Finish! The score is now 3-0, putting BC Sol in the lead with the score of 2-1!” The referee announced, as the crowd made some loud noise.

Free walked back with a smirk on hi face, and placed Fafnir back into his pockets.
“Oh man! Why is everyone hiding their beys from me?” Taiki whined, as everyone had shared a laugh.

Taiki placed his beylogger on the machine, and within three minutes, he returned with a third point. Confetti had exploded out of nowhere, as BC Sol had celebrated their victory.

“BC Sol wins the first round and will be advancing to the quarterfinals!”

Chapter 7 - Intense Training! Taiki vs BC Sol!

Taiki, woken up by his rumbling stomach, almost caused a massive earthquake in the dorm.
Brushing past the hallway, he poked at the window and jumped as Nile startled him.
"What's your deal?" Taiki exclaimed. "You scared me!"
"Ha! You should see your face!" Nile was bursting of laughter.

Nile returned to gazing at the window and felt a cold presence. Taiki saw a deer gracefully trot through the leaves and a sudden, quick flash.

Before the two could comprehend what had happened, their stomachs beat them to it.

A short blue-haired girl cheerfully pointed at their faces.
"Geez! You two need more slee- Oh, that's right! We're heading for China!"

Nile simply rubbed his eyes as Sasha twirled to the dining hall.
"Well someone's in a good mood," Taiki quipped.

A few minutes had passed and Taiki widened his eyes at the huge platter of churros devoured.
"Such a child," Nile snickered, folding his arms.
"Speak for yourself," Sasha remarked as the room fell silent until multiple laughs broke out.

Taiki later found himself in the meeting room with Cuza, Free, Sasha and Nile. Christina, smiled, "Congratulations on your win! For the quarterfinals match, we're going to head for China."

The screen lit up with three faces, and one of them, a boy about Taiki's age, with a long-sleeved kimono.

"Your opponents are Team Red Dragons from Beijing. We're heading there to get some extra training."

Free, bored as usual, dismissed himself and hopped out of the room. The others did so, as Taiki eventually found himself following Sasha and Cuza.

"Hey, Cuza!" Taiki challenged, as he immediately turned around. The acrobat knew it was a challenge, so he nodded.
"Bring it on."

"Meet your match! Evolve Chronos!"
Coincidentally, a bolt of lightning crashed down onto the towering trees as Cuza had a determined look.

Taiki examined the bey, which was rather chunky. It had the 26 disk, which had thirteen blades on each side.

"Oh, and I made that frame myself!" Cuza said, pointing to the frame on his bey. Nodding, Taiki spotted a grey, translucent frame with sharp bumps on each side.

"Neat, isn't it? The Asteroid frame is like an evolved Meteor!" Cuza added.

The driver, Trinity, had a red spring and a coralish-peach texture. It featured a nothing-shaped driver but with a ring of rubber and a plastic spike in the middle. Taiki realised that you could twist the ledge and increase its height and shape ranging from Destroy, Volcanic and on the stamina side, Bearing and Revolve.

Taiki was almost absorbed into twisting the driver before the referee called the match.
"Ready, set!"
"Three!"
"Two!"
"One!"
"Let it rip!"

Chronos was using the Destroy mode on Trinity. Adamantine Theseus, dashing through the middle of the stadium, almost collided into Chronos before it dodged, leaving Theseus to crash into the wall.

"Not so fast! Recover Theseus and do your Ultimate Adamantine Reboot!" Taiki's voice had echoed through the hall, catching the attention of others, forming a crowd around them.

Sweat had trickled down the boy's neck already as a shining blue knight with a colourful gold blade appeared.

The Ultimate Reboot' driver sped up, as Theseus, slashing away at Chronos, hurtled towards Cuza's face.

Fortunately, Evolve Chronos had landed at the wall and shot up, leaving a massive hole through one of the walls, as it had collapsed already.

The referee stood in and turned to the crowd nervously.
"Do I call off the match?"
Sasha, who was observing the battle, shook her head.
"Nah. I think it's pretty interesting."

As Chronos was mid-air, a grey orb formed around it as Cuza had pushed his arms out.
"Now! Evolved Spinning Moon Dive!"

Chronos' avatar, a caped titan wielding a clock appeared. Evolve Chronos, in the blink of an eye, had fell and dealt a destructive strike to Theseus.

A strong gust of wind expelled from the stadium as Chronos, attacking diagonally downward, clashed with Adamantine Theseus.
"Hold on! We can do this!" Taiki panted heavily.

The boy wanted to become a better blader. You'd think that after he was banished from the Snake Pit, everything was better. However, Taiki felt nothing but guilt.

This was his "path to redemption," even if it meant overworking himself.

"Fight together Chronos! Let's do this!" Cuza yelled over the loud eruption of wind.

Both Theseus and Chronos had been sent into opposite walls, and back into the centre. Another dent was formed in the wall Theseus escaped from, however it wasn't as massive.

The fact that Chronos was a balance type didn't change the fact that he was doing massive attacks.

"Come on Theseus! Adamantine Barrage Fury!"
Theseus, rushing through Chronos, picked up double its original speed and power.

"Go hard Theseus! End this!" Taiki panted. Adamantine Theseus climbed to the top of the stadium and rode down, knocking Chronos back as Cuza gasped.

"Last words 'bro?" Taiki pointed at the German bladed arrogantly.
"Yeah, I do! Six! This battle is not over yet!"

Taiki and the others genuinely thought he was winning, but being a circus performer, Cuza definitely had some tricks up his sleeve.

"Now! Let's win this battle Chronos! Evolved Warp Shoot!" The boy exclaimed, leaping into the air and punching it aggressively.

The sudden comeback shocked Taiki, as the wind knocked him over. Conveniently, Theseus torpedoed into the wall and recoiled, bursting.

"Gah!" Taiki gasped.
The referee pointed to Cuza. "Two points to Evolve Chronos for a Burst Finish! Cuza Ackerman is the winner!"

Within seconds, Cuza short-lived his fame as the crowd dissolved and scattered throughout the hole.

Reassembling the three parts together, Taiki stared at Theseus. He found the whole concept of talking to a Beyblade bizzare.

"Err.. hello. Greetings-hello, I mean. Hola? Yeah, we're in Spain." Taiki felt his cheeks going tomato red.

The flight to China wasn't until a few more hours. As a second bolt of lightning struck the trees, he followed the smell of fresh grass after rain.

Stumbling over the wet terrain, Taiki lay down beside a tree, only to find the same deer imitating his actions.

"Aren't you a clever animal?" Taiki, who had experience with animals, stroked the deer gently before wandering off into the forest.

"I've lost quite a bit recently. I still have Norman and Cuza to catch up to. That's before-"

Taiki stopped talking as soon as he stood in front of a run-down marble stage with a stadium.
"Let it rip!"

Taiki, peeking through the tree, heard someone launching and spotted Free and his Catalyst Fafnir.

Turning around, the boy was startled by Free who somehow snuck behind him.
"Don't sneak up on people like that!" Taiki scolded.
"What do you mean? Like Nile did this morni-"
Free was cut off by Taiki who felt his ears fuming almost immediately.
"How do you know about that?"
"I always know," Free smiled creepily. "Another thing I know is that you aren't a very good hider."

Taiki shook his head.
"Listen up Free de La Hoya! I want to battle you!"
The golden boy, who was doing pull-ups on a tree, agreed.
"Okay."

Standing on either side of the stadium, Taiki knew that it would take more than sheer force to take down Fafnir.

He flipped the Crown frame over onto the pointy side.
"Oh, and Free," Taiki said, as Free looked up.
"Would you mind hand spinning?"

Free quickly put his launcher side and held Fafnir oddly.
Taiki scanned the parts frantically on Fafnir.

The layer had three large dragon heads and a translucent orange-gold layer with a dark green dragon-shape core in the middle.

The disc, 28, had fourteen curved protrusions on each side, which was ideal for stamina.

The driver, Creation, had the same colour and design as Nothing, however the ledge was a round-shaped rubber instead.

"Three!"
"Two!"
"One!"
"Let it rip!"

Fafnir, wobbling, took the centre. Taiki looked up and noticed an aura spilling out of Free. The only word he could describe it as was intimidating.

"Theseus, do your thing! Ultimate Adamantine Reboot!" Speeding up, Theseus rapidly went up and down the stadium's curves, as it began to rush Fafnir.

"Go now! Adamantine Barrage Fury!" Theseus' avatar appeared, a blue knight with a shining golden blade. Attempting to slice through Fafnir, it used its rubber, draining Theseus' energy.

"Now, keep him busy! Go harder Theseus!" Adamantine Theseus continued to surge through Catalyst Fafnir, but it was nowhere near budging, much less bursting.

Taiki felt some flashbacks of his battle with Cuza. The bit that replayed the most was when Cuza said "Fight together!" and kept smiling.

The cobalt-haired boy, still clueless, watched Fafnir effortlessly rob Theseus of its power, and began to wobble.

"Now, Catalyst Spin!" Free commanded boldly, as Fafnir had a vortex wrapped around it, draining the stamina from Theseus.

This struck Taiki hard. Cuza's teamwork with Chronos, Free's courage, he still did not understand what it meant.

"Let's do this... together!" Taiki, copied Cuza's choice of words. "Slice him down!"

Theseus had gained a sudden increase in power and shot through Fafnir, who survived  the attack without any damage.

"This usually bursts Niddhog. This bey of his really is som something else!" Taiki thought to himself.

Free, who was sloppily battling, breathed heavily and bellowed, as his veins popped up everywhere, including his face.

Free had suddenly seemed.. beserk.
"Catalyst Claw!"
Shooting through Adamantine Theseus, it Burst as Fafnir rode up the walls and into Free's hands.

Picking up his rucsack, Free returned to his normal state.
"Well, that was fun."
Taiki picked up the three pieces as Free gave him a handshake.
"Where'd you get such a strong grip?"
Free suddenly seemed in the mood to talk. "Valt. Valt Aoi."

Within seconds, as Taiki tried to process the name, Free had already left. Taiki headed the other way and pondered.

"I get it now! It all adds up. I'm losing because I need to be happy, when I win or lose. And most of all.."

He rummaged through his pocket and glanced at Theseus.
"I'm sorry pal. We'll win the next few battles, just you wait!"

A few hours later, Taiki exited the plain.
"Ouch! My ears hurt!" He whined. Looking at the landscape, he noticed China was such a different place.

Everyone was rather speechless, even Free. Christina escorted the bladers and led them to a festival in the streets.

The people of China seemed to appreciate the performances. Taiki did too. The same boy from the meeting room was performing martial arts on stage.
Taiki swore he saw a Beyblade, but he knew he was just tired.

As soon as Taiki arrived at the hotel, he collapsed on the fluffy white bed and dozed off.

Chapter 8 - Iron Wall! Fusion Lacerta!
Taiki tossed and turned all night, his pillow completely drenched.
“No, no! Please, help!”
Free with his daring, gold eyes beamed at him as Fafnir’s avatar, a dragon, clawed straight through him. Then the same followed with Chronos and Niddhog.

Still asleep, his heart pounded heavily. Once again being slashed by Fafnir, a loud “THUD!” woke Taiki up.

“Oh man,” Taiki panted, “If I did this at home...”

Fixing his eyes on the net placed above him, Cuza dozed peacefully, curled up. With Nile on the couch, Taiki stretched and roamed through the hallways.

“H-Hello? Anybody there?” Taiki cried, as he had lifted up his back, jumping at every noise he heard.

It was 3:00am in the morning, so he rubbed his eyes.
“Maybe I should just head bac-“
Taiki was abruptly cut off as he tripped on his baggy pyjama pants, tumbling and barging through the door.

For a few good seconds, everything had been fuzzy before returning to normal.
“Boo!” was all Taiki had heard.
Leaning up, it was Sasha. She had giggled as he rolled his eyes.

“Ha, ha. Very f-“ Taiki yawned once again, “Funny. Now why in the world are you in here?”

Taiki’s loud voice echoed through the hallways.
“This would be a good hiding place for Clio,” he thought to himself.

Scanning through the room, there was a beystadium with two complexed curves extending out of it. Sasha caught her Beyblade in the palm of her hand and turned.
“Well, I was training here. The stadium’s pretty cool, I gotta admit.”

Taiki rubbed his eyes.
“Can I go now?”
Sasha frowned, “Listen up! I want to battle you, if I’m going to be strong enough to defeat Valt!”

Just as the world had predicted, Beyblade had become a highly competitive sport. Even if it meant waking up early in the morning.

“It’s better than having a nightmare.” Taiki groggily walked over to the stadium and noticed Sasha’s weird stance.

“What a weird launch,” Taiki muttered. She had tilted her launcher upward and one foot in front of the other.

“Now meet Divine Sphinx!” The room lit up in unison. Gulping, Taiki knew she wasn’t to be taken lightly.

Divine Sphinx was clearly a stamina type. With three claws on each side and a golden Sphinx resting on the layer with gleaming red eyes, it’d surely pack a punch. The disc was 12’, which Taiki assumed must’ve been from Valt before his Winning Valkyrie broke. The frame, Proof, Taiki recognised on Geist Fafnir before that broke too.

Last but not least, the driver had almost blinded Taiki. He surely didn’t want that before launching, especially on the tournament day. It was Claw’, an upgraded version of Claw, with a red spring and a heavier weight.

“Let it rip!”
Adamantine Theseus immediately warped into Sphinx.
“Now, Sphinx! Scratch Shoot!”
The layer introduced three extra claws, as it thwarted Theseus’ attack.

“No way!” Taiki shook his head. “Come on, we don’t want a repeat of last time.”

Slashing through the air, Taiki was in perfect sync with Theseus as it used its special move.
“Ultimate Adamantine Reboot!”

Zooming through the stadium, Adamantine Theseus bolted downward hastily, as Sasha grinned.
“You’re pretty predictable, Taiki!”

Ignoring her comment, Sphinx extended its claws outward in a quick motion, before Theseus slammed straight into the bey.

Between an attack and stamina type, Theseus had the clear advantage. Sphinx rolled back, and spiraled through the centre, cutting any further blows.

Taiki’s black hairband burst as he practically became a super saiyan.
“Now!” He thundered. “Adamantine Barrage Fury!”

Gasping, Sasha was taken by surprise. Theseus rammed into Divine Sphinx, accelerating hit after hit.
“Together, Theseus!” Taiki’s determined eyes glinted under the moonlight.

Adamantine Theseus’ bit beast, a blue knight with a golden blade emerged from the flames, fending off Sphinx.

Both beyblades were fairly close to bursting. It was any moment now that they’d explode.

Theseus, rushing through Sphinx, knocked it sideways.
“Yes!” Taiki expected it to burst into the wall, however Sphinx instead traveled over the stadium’s ramp, which he had totally forgotten about.

“Now, Theseus! After it!” He commanded, as his bey profusely followed after Sphinx. At this point it became a chase.

Adamantine Theseus bashed Divine Sphinx repeatedly, flinging it into the air.
“Take a bite out of your prey! Divine Clawed Flight!”

Sasha seemed determined to win. If Taiki recalled properly, she last used a Blue Gigant Gaia.

The wings on the claw driver expanded outward, allowing Sphinx to pounce on Theseus almost inmediately.

Divine Sphinx’s avatar, an armoured blue lion spouting electricity appeared, defending from the blue knight.

“Haaaaa!” Taiki roared, clenching his fists and throwing a punch through the air, as Divine Sphinx was thrown into the air and landed at Sasha’s feet.

“All that for an Over Finish?” Sasha joked, fixing up her bey. Taiki couldn’t agree more, and before he could demand a rematch, Sasha walked off.
“You should get some rest, for the World League Quarterfinals.”
Taiki nodded as they both parted ways.

A few hours later, Taiki woke up. This time, gladly, it was safe to say he had no nightmares. He stretched and dashed outside to the bus, where everyone was waiting for him.

They had shortly arrived at the building where the battles were to be held.

“Ladies and gentlemen, hold on to your seats because we’re in for a real ride today!” Hanami, the host announced as the crowd cheered.

“For the quarterfinals, we have BC Sol, the current champion!”
As Hanami announced, the crowd booed.

“Really?” Cuza folded his arms as Carl squawked, “Really?”
“Pfft. This is pathetic,” Nile added.

“And the other team, we have Team Red Dragons representing China! Who will come out victorious?”

The crowd suddenly cheered, which Taiki only imagined as normal. One blader from the Red Dragons walked proudly. He was just as annoyed as Taiki was.

“Silence!” The Chinese blader snapped at the crowd. “I will not tolerate disrespect to the other team!”

The crowd mumbled among themselves and quietened down.

The same boy who tamed the viewers placed his beylogger on the machine and stood forward.

“Alright folks! We have Liao-Xin and his Beyblade Fusion Lacerta!” The host decreed.

“His name’s Liao-Xin,” Taiki thought to himself.
“Scary,” Cuza described.
Cuza wasn’t wrong. The boy was about the height of Xander Shakadera and with braided fiery hair.

“So, who’s going up?” Taiki questioned. Cuza and Sasha both shot him a look. As he turned to Free, the golden boy did the same.

Heading up, Taiki was against China’s best blader.
“Well well, Taiki Igarashi. So nice to finally meet you - battled in the Snake Pit and the tryouts and now you’re in the World League,” Liao-Xin smirked.

As Taiki nervously nodded, Liao-Xin chuckled.
“Listen here. It’s a different league here, so I want you to be at your best.”

Taiki was clearly confused. Had this blader who he only just met told him what to do?
“Only my mother tells me what to do,” Taiki muttered.

Scanning Fusion Lacerta, Taiki knew it was a one of a kind Beyblade, as it came with mostly new pieces. Sasha grabbed her laptop as everyone crammed around her.

“Fusion Lacerta’s a Balance Type,” she informed. “It’s not your average bey.” Lacerta had two rugged curves on each side with a spike in between the tips of each curved wall.
“Not to mention, you can change the red ring on the bottom of the layer to be upside down or down,” she added.

“So like a frame?” Nile asked.
“Nope, Lacerta’s frame is the Wall frame. The ring is like an extra boost which you can flip upside down to make it taller and have more gaps. Oh, and the driver, Wind, charges like a wind-up car and boosts its speed!”

“Ready, set!”
“Three!” Liao-Xin had stepped back.
“Two!”
“One!” He ran forward and threw his launcher into the air, catching it and firing, whilst stomping his foot.
“Let it rip!”

Fusion Lacerta and Adamantine Theseus both rushed at each other furiously, neither bey giving up.
“Faster Lacerta!”
“Don’t give up Theseus!”

Eventually, the rushing came to a halt as they both clashed in the centre, giving off a violent wind. Fusion Lacerta was in its shorter mode with less gaps, which helped it to become bulkier.

Theseus’ Ultimate Reboot’ driver retracted the prongs inward, improving its speed drastically.

“Interesting!” Liao-Xin commented, “But it is nothing compared to my Lacerta!”

Adamantine Theseus drifted off and rebounded off the wall, surging downward into Lacerta. As Theseus attempted to drill through Lacerta, Taiki would not give up, as he kept orbiting Fusion Lacerta, clanking into it.

“Enough!” Liao-Xin boomed. “Special Move! Iron Wall Break!”
Theseus charged after the Balance Type, which rested in the centre. Rushing through the bey, Theseus dealt a barrage of attacks before striking it excessively, each hit nothing but power.

An orb formed around Lacerta and as Theseus, unable to reach the Balance Type, recoiled and landed into the wall. Fusion Lacerta broke free from the wall and whirled around, thrashing Theseus multiple times, leaving no chance for a counter-attack.

Although Adamantine Theseus was rather close to running out of stamina, it surprisingly had no clicks.
“What?” Liao-Xin grunted. “Very well. I’ll increase that number by four.”

Fusion Lacerta rammed Theseus again, as the hexagonal design lit up, an aura weaving through Taiki.
“Now Theseus! Adamantine Barrage Fury again!” He commanded.

“Look at Theseus go!” Cuza exclaimed excitedly, as Adamantine Theseus rushed through Fusion Lacerta, flipping it into the air like a patty.

Fusion Lacerta, charging backward, moved forward like a wind-up toy, only to be 100x bigger and faster.
“Now’s your chance! Fusion Dragon Wind Slash!” Liao-Xin bellowed.

Lacerta’s bit beast, a colossal lizard-like dragon with beaming eyes appeared as Theseus’ avatar tried to slice it with its sword.
“Go now Theseus! Take him down!”

Lacerta’s speed outmatched Adamantine Theseus, as the Wind driver advanced, Fusion Lacerta did too.

“It’s practically impossible to stop it!” Sasha cried, as Taiki was clearly having a hard time.

Fusion Lacerta’s ‘Fusion Dragon Wind Slash’ lit up one of its curves, as it hacked away at Theseus.

Barely spinning, Taiki invested all of his power into this final attack.

Before that could happen, the entire area became submerged into a blank space whilst being frozen in time.

“Theseus,” Taiki coughed, stepping up.
The blue knight looked down courageously.
“I will fight by your side and work together! But I need your cooperation to use our power!”
Theseus, the blue knight, rested the gold blade against Taiki’s shoulders.
“Very well then, Taiki. I have faith in you.”

The blank space dissipated and everything resumed, almost as if it were a movie being paused.

Theseus and Lacerta clashed crazily once more, as the blue knight’s words echoed in Taiki’s mind.
“I have faith in you.”

Suddenly, a blue aura spilt from Adamantine Theseus, glowing it up. Raging, Taiki flexed his arm in a blocking position.
“Now! Use your true potential Theseus!” He exclaimed.

A radiant light beamed from the centre, as smoke erupted from the stadium. The ceiling above had become roasted, liquorice black.

“Where’s this coming from?” Nile was watching in suspense with the others.
Even Free couldn’t help suppressing a smile.

“Haaaaaa!” Taiki’s hairband burst into pieces.
“If I had a nickel every time he got a new hairband and broke it, I’d be rich,” Cuza clowned.

Adamantine Theseus, like a bullet, penetrated through Fusion Lacerta, tossing it out of the stadium.

The referee pointed to Taiki.
“One point to Adamantine Theseus for an Over Finish! The score is 1-0!”

“Woah! If you’d look at that, the Cobalt Prodigy has scored a point against China’s best blader!” The host boasted.

“No big deal,” Liao-Xin scoffed. “Hey, referee. Might as well give BC Sol one point.”

The crowd fell silent after those words, as Liao-Xin impatiently tapped his foot.
“Well, what are you waiting for? They clearly deserve it.”

The screen updated, as the score between the two teams was now
1-0, BC Sol’s way.

Taiki headed back to the stadium, as they celebrated. Ruffling Taiki’s hair, Cuza exclaimed,
“I knew you could do it!”
“Heh! He gave up his point!” Nile added.

Liao-Xin’s teammates frowned upon him, tossing him a bottle of water.
“Why’d you give them a point? You’re letting them win!”
The Red Dragon, pouring water over his head, chuckled.
“Don’t worry. I can guarantee the next wins, and after that.. It’ll be your turn, Free.”

Liao-Xin pictured Catalyst Fafnir bursting into pieces as Team Red Dragons would win the match. Of course, this wouldn’t happen yet.

“Alright, the second round is starting! Liao-Xin has stepped up once again, and Nile with Crescent Niddhog is opposing him!”

Contrasting to Liao-Xin’s behaviour, he didn’t say a word this time.

“Ready, set!”
“Three!”
“Two!”
“One!”
“Let it rip!”

Crescent Niddhog captured the centre and rolled back, stopping Fusion Lacerta from attacking.

“I expected nothing less from you Nile,” Liao-Xin smirked. Nile cockily pointed at his opponent.
“It’s the end of the line for you! Final Crescent Break!”

Niddhog’s avatar appeared, a Crimson dragon with crescent-shaped wings.

Crescent Niddhog positioned itself to tilt on the Friction driver, and thanks to the rubber, it boosted and drilled into Lacerta, who’s Red Ring was upside down, giving it more gaps and a taller height.

Niddhog, unable to attack Lacerta’s layer, was thrown back into the centre, until Lacerta charged down.
“My turn! Iron Wall Break!”

Lacerta formed an Iron Wall, contradicting with Niddhog’s barrier, as they had both collided. As Fusion Lacerta’s defense broke, it drifted and counter-attacked Niddhog, flipping it into the air and bursting it.

“Two points to Fusion Lacerta for a Burst Finish! The score is 2-0, which means The Red Dragons tied up the score to 1-1!” The referee puffed.

“Wowza! Liao-Xin has crafted a destructive finish against BC Sol! Can they earn themselves back into the lead?” The host rhetorically questioned.

Meanwhile, Free wrinkled his nose an turned his attention to Nile.
“Listen, Nile. It doesn’t matter if you lose, that’s one thing Valt Aoi taught me.”

Nile, getting his act together, nodded and smiled.
“Thanks, Free. Whew, that was tough.”

Taiki gulped as Liao-Xin seemed to be constantly observing him.
“So, uh, who’s gonna go up next?” Taiki pulled an ice-breaker.
“How about you, Cuza?” Taiki offered, as he shook his head.
“Sasha?”
“Did you see Lacerta’s attack? My Sphinx clearly won’t do much good against it.”
Scratching his head, his eyes fixed on Free, who tossed Catalyst Fafnir.
“How about Free? He’s like the third strongest blader in the world, behind Shu and Valt!”
Free, who already had his daily lose of talking, didn’t respond.
“Well, I mean, Free’s our substitute. Unless someone’s hurt, we can’t use him,” Cuza said.

Sighing, Taiki placed his Beylogger on the registry machine and Liao-Xin flipped into the air all the way from the bench and landed perfectly in front of the stadium.

“Well well, hungry for seconds?”
Taiki wasn’t amused, but it was true, he was itching to battle.
“I know you held back against me.”
“The only person I’ve lost to is Valt Aoi!” Liao-Xin thundered. “And I’m not about to lose to you.”

With the tension rising, a red flame spouted from the Chinese blader and a blue flame from Taiki.

“This is going to be an intense battle!” The host reported. “Who will emerge victorious?”
