How do you download this episode as an mp4 like your other links?

They're strictly MKVs and always have been, as we softsub the episode to avoid quality loss.
If you want an MP4 copy, I can only suggest that you download the MKV version and use a video converter to hardsub it. Alternatively, BakedFish do hardsub our releases for us later on, but we have no ETA on when they'll have those complete. I can let you know when I know, if that helps?
