Mine gave that error until I took the beylogger off of my launcher. Could have been another reason for all I know tho, I don't speak japanese.

I've had this before I've ticked both boxes and press the blue button at the bottom and it was fine. Have you tried plugging the beylogger in before opening the app?

I can only read two of the three Japanese alphabets, the two simpler, so all I know is that it is indeed telling you that there is an error, perhaps you need to play with the volume, and it invites you to choose among the two options for a test to see if it works now. The two options say "Invert" and "Mic Filter".

I have this img one time before and its because I got 2 beylogger sync on the same device. the first you have connected should be the First check box. normally when you connect the second this page appeared to be sure if you want to change the first beylogger to this actual beylogger if not take the second choice to have the 2 beylogger recognize independently. and one you have sync the beylogger with an account on the app each time you will conect your beylogger it will recognize your beylogger and conect directly to the right account. SMART Thing.

The problem is that one solution or one cause does not work for everyone.
may be but we can have different solution for the same problem if people could at least see some of them for their problems they could try it and if it does not work then ask it. I see many times the same problem appears and almost the time its the same issues from answers we give many times. its just to recenter the informations and problem occured by the Beylogger and Smart Phone. each device has its own system and doesn't work exactly the same but when we have made the turn it will work for everyone.
and for that problem I almost the only one who have pass through. but if their situation isn't the same of me of course my solution could be wrong. but I'm a sample of my situation with this problem. so bladers who have the same situation could try what I said before and see if it works.

For the record, I also got the same problem and solution as you, except that I really had to restart my phone for it to work, but I have given that advice to some people and they confirmed that sometimes they do not even own two BeyLoggers.
ok well in that case it probably not the exact same msg on the image that we got. but it could be the device isnt fully compatible with the function and think it got 2 beylogger. that could occured that msg. I don't remember wich one who got this msg and its smart phone wasn't on the list of compatibility.

It is the exact same message.
ok I didn't really read japanese so for me it looks all the same hah! so I think if people who get one beylogger and get this msg should be thinking to verify the compatible list from TT to be sure their device works. I see a couple of bladers having this kind of issues. The app itself work on the smart phone but when you connect the beylogger nothing runs corectly. and finaly their smart phone isn't listed.

Do you launch the app with the BeyLogger already plugged in? Try plugging it only once you've opened the app and can see your username displayed.
yep i wait till im loged in the app, and then i click the blue button to go to the username page to add the beylogger
try to sync your beylogger before logged in with your acount. normaly when you plug the beylogger it supposed to login automatically because your beylogger has been recognize by the app.

hahahaha yes i have been able to use it on the app a few times but it super rare, in total since i got my burst beys ive only been able to connect it 5 times all at random

so your volume max, on the first screen of the app, and plug the beylogger, push the right blue button, and you got these msg. hum... its supposed to work as well... did you have some data to transfer?! because if you have no data it can be occured an error. but you probably have some data to tranfer if you try to sync it... did you restart your device?! it could help if your device need to be restarted.
yep i have new data to transfer, and yep i had restared my devices many many times and then used the app right way, it doesnt work idk why
i'm low in solution for that problem... hum... I'll sleep out on this and I hope, woke up with the right idea hah! it looks your app isn't run logicaly... did you try to re-install your app. it could make it work after that.
