Most of the shops mencioned in this forum doesn't have one, just the boosters but the boosters dont have the launchers.

The only way to get Virgo is from the Defense and Stamina Reshuffle Set and Random Booster Volume 2.

Does the reshuffle have the launcher?
And do you know where I can get those?
