Hello, I recently got a Pegasus blast and want to run it at a tournament soon.  However I do not have CX parts like a metal lock chip or heavy.  I have access to the following parts

Blades: Hover Wyvern, Soar Phoenix x2, Cobalt Dragoon, Impact Drake, Wizard Rod, Golem Rock, Mammoth Tusk, Dagger Dran, Silver Wolf, Gale Wyvern, Sword Dran, Blast, Turbo, Tide whale
Ratchets: 4-70, 5-80 x2, 1-60 x2, 9-60 x2, 3-85, 3-60 x2, 3-80 x2, 4-60,
Assist Blade: Assault
Bits: Low Rush, Gear Flat, Kick, Cyclone, Under Needle, Rush x2,  Hexa, Taper x2, Ball, Free ball, Elevate, Turbo

What's the best combo I can make for Pegasus Blast? And if possible what's the best team including blast I can make from these parts?

pegasus blast 9-60, jaggy or heavy is mostly preferred but just stick with assault, and id put low rush.
