I paired basalt with a 100r2f and it has amazing results! The wobbling actually can be utilized for attack purposes. Try for yourselves

It can be utilized in Anti-Meta combos such as MF-H Basalt Aquario R145RF, but no, Basalt is not and attack wheel.
