Im trying to change my avatar and it wont change, its under 100k and is 120x120 whats going on?

Yeah, I had that problem before. Try removing your current avatar (so you don't have an avatar at all), then log out of WBO and wait a few minutes. Then log back in and try adding your new avatar.
