Flap is an Armor Tip released by Hasbro as part of the Burst System as well as the QuadDrive System and the QuadStrike System. It debuted in western countries with the release of the Hydra Kerbeus K8 & Fierce Bazilisk B8 Dual Pack.

==Description==

Flap, being an Armor Tip, can be attached to any QuadDrive or QuadStrike Performance Tip. Despite being classified as a Stamina-type Armor Tip, is a flat tip with a small diameter, similar to Accel. The flat tip does not provide enough movement or aggression for Attack, being relatively passive, but it has too little Stamina to be run in other combinations. Furthermore, like many other Armor Tips, it is too tall compared to options outside of the QuadDrive and QuadStrike system, and the tip is too narrow, meaning there is also no Life-After-Death potential for this tip either.

==Overall==

Flap is outclassed on all fronts. While it is a Stamina tip, it is outclassed by many Stamina options. It is also too passive for Attack, and has no Life-After-Death potential. Therefore, in any format, Flap is recommended for collection purposes only.

I'm actually surprised it's considered a stamina type, literally tried using it in attack based combos tho and it works somewhat fine.
But as you've mentioned, it is indeed very lacky in stamina potentials; the armor tip sword has even more stamina than flap despite having a wider flat surface due to superior LAD, thus a combo involving sword being able to easily outspin a combo involving flap.
But I must say it still is able to KO most stamina combos if paired with a proper attack blade, just ain't so practical in the competitive world.
