While I'm not from Hungary, I have plans to visit this year so it would be fun if there are any Hungarian bladers.

I imagine it is closed friend groups only. There is no wide market for it. Early Hasbro sets made their way to Hungary, but the pandemic washed it all away, and I think it was simply not worth it for them to keep it going. The target audience are mostly kids, and they just could not convince their parents to buy them for such high prices. (Part of the problem is that the anime is not on TV, so there is no emotional connection either). Personally the first thing that made me interested in burst was the DB system and then some Sparking beys.
