Trying to make a good attack Vulcan Lyra but am not sure what parts to use exactly, especially that I find when doing so the stamina falters very quickly.

Vulcan generally does well on low to mid height tracks (90-145) and either RF or R2F, albeit it's preferable to be on mid height to go well into the Flame 230 matchup. Don't worry that's natural for it to not have the best stamina, that's just the game you play when you play attack types. Something like Vulcan Lyra H145RF might do something for you.
