I want to know which is the hardest to be in the blading world a judge or an organizer which I would think an organizer but i'm not an organizer so I want to know from organizers and judges with their experiences

Organizer is harder.
Heres a quick summarized example of sorts:
As an organizer you are in charge of everything. Like a president of the event. As a judge you are watching matches and reporting back to the Organizer. Another way of viewing is like, the Organizer is the manger and the judges are employees.

I'm thinking about becoming an organizer or a judge but for organizer I need to wait until I have a stadium for a small tournament
