I know BelleJiu and YoungToys are the Korean distributors of Takara Tomy products, but would a Beystadium Standard made by them count as "Takara Tomy"? In other words, would the stadium count as legal for ranked tournaments? Thanks,

Yes the stadium would be legal. It's the same as the stadium released in Japan just with Korean text on the box for Korea.
