So judges quick question how or whats the ruling when a bey breaks mid match like the Bit gets creaked in two or a ratchet part falls off and the bey stops or what about if the metal flies off from a powerful hit. I'm curious on how you rule something like that?

If a part breaks mid match the match is voided and the person must replace the broken part with an identical part. Then the battle is replayed. If they are unable to replace it with an identical part, bladers retain their current points but reshuffle and re-present their beys.

that makes sense and how would the blade break off that's something I was wondering because i've seen that happen and i'll make sure to buy some parts just in case if a part breaks

Usually blades that break will already have a visible crack somewhere. Tooth sometimes it just Happens. No real way to predict it
