as an experienced 11 year old id say hammer its jus better overall only thing on reaper thats good is turn and kick but hammer has the best defense bit a rlly good attack ratchet and an insanely good anti meta attack blade

^ Yep, it mostly depends on what parts you already have and what would be a better addition to your deck, because realistically you're mainly picking these up for the Bits (and the assist blade, in Reaper's case).

Hammer... might have use in X Limited, if you can convince a Standardhead to host it. And 3-70... nobody's really using that when 1-70 and 7-70 exist.
