That explains it. The green F3's combo is 7 Cross Flugel, not the stock combo. The ultimate tournament collection has the real combo, which is seen in the OG F3 starters

yo but the Green one is a better buy, you get 7 and Cross. Nothing is "better" than Survive, at least in terms of LAD.
