[Answered]  Is this legal?

My bad bro, but I was able to glue it back together without any of the glue showing it didn’t gain any weight like .01 g could I still use it in tournament? None of the glue is showing and it’s not gonna interfere with the parts at all

Sir, do you even understand that fell apart has 2 meanings? One where the layer broke in half, and the other where everything fell out.
Nope not illegal you should be able to participate in the tournament
Glueing parts is 100% absolutely illegal. Using broken parts is also illegal.
What are you guys on right now?! As fabel and drtacos said, this is COMPLETELY ABSOLUTELY illegal. If you check the rulebook you will clearly find your answer. I don't mean to sound aggressive, but I find AnimeKids and thetinyones responses laughable. The word "Broke" speaks for itself and is all you need to know a part is illegal.

Edit: AnimeKids one is still confusing But I think he was talking about the blade ratchet and bit not being together instead of actually broken

to be honest I don't really know, I think it depends on how it came apart. If they somehow overtime just got loose and popped out you should be fine to put it back in but if it like broke off then it wouldn't be legal. TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. this is my guess

Think I found something in the rules
Parts that have extreme wear cannot be used, even if worn through normal play.
Extreme wear includes when a part’s shape or performance have dramatically changed from its original specifications, e.g. a sharp tip becoming completely flattened, or a flat tip becoming round or sharpened. Parts which perform differently from their original specifications due to a manufacturing defect (such as a bit manufactured with the incorrect level of burst resistance) cannot be used.
This might aply to this

I agree with this. If the situation was as Frisk said then I would still rule that part illegal. I'm no judge so take this with a grain of salt
