All products from that era are already extremely hard to come by to begin with since the pre hms was so short lived so a random booster namingly the first would most likely be even harder and especially a specific bey from it too. I remember I was searching for this exact bey two years ago and I had no luck so I doubt it would be much different now. You may be able to get it through special means though.
