Just got the new dangerous belial from a set, ant was looking at the instructions.
It shows being able to push the tip of almight in flat and shows moving a switch to the right. 
I can't for the life of me figure out what's going on here because the switch is doing nothing for me and the tip is just staying in the out position.
I can't read Japanese, but I never really had to on a beyblade because the pictures were self explanatory enough.
Is there something I'm missing here that is written in Japanese, thanks in advance.

Thank you, so much. The pictures weren't very clear at first. So the switch just resets every thing, ok.
