Download the app called Proton VPN, you can get a free vpn of Japan and some several countries for free. You can pay for subscription to get all countries. But you dont need to. Just download, keep tapping the connect button until it reached to Japan, searched beyblade x in the app store without changing the region (the vpn automatically change and your play store will revert back to indonesian after turning off the vpn) and download beyblade x

It sure is, yes. Download the beyblade x official app from takara tomy themselves on the playstore after turning on the vpn from the Proton VPN you downloaded, then you euther set region to japan or singapore. Depends, if you bought a takara tomy boosters with blue stickers that probably says about "visit our youtube channel" thats asian (so choose singapore) if no blue sticker then its japan

Then you would use zenmakret for japan region, as for singapore im still unsure
