Why can I only find Evil Befall and Duo Uranus for 70USD or more? What makes these beys so special even though they aren't a special edition? 
Side note:(I apologize for how off topic it is) Do I have to buy an evil befall to get an EWD or is there some other way? Is there anything better than EWD for stamina?

The reason why these beys are so expensive is that 1st, they are really competitive and 2nd, they are rare because Duo Uranus in a 3 set that is really rare and Evil Befall is the b-100 of the generation... Also Bearing Drive from Phantom Orion is probably the best...
