Ok, my plan is that if somebody wants to do this, it will be based on the Beyblade shogun steel anime, NOT manga because manga is in a different universe. We should work only at one chapter a time in order to not make it too demanding. The story will begin where Shogun steel ended, where Zyro battled Kira and the outcome was not shown. In this manga the first chapter, first part Zyro and Kira will battle and one of them will win and then Ryuga will return from the L-Drago shaped cloud and after that i don't know. This is just briefly how i have thought that the story will start.

Just who the hell do you think I am!? 

Chapter 1 summary based on my ideas and some others:
2 years after the end of the events of Shogun Steel, Zyro is training in the mountains. He returns to the city after a year of long training and meets Shinobu. Ifrit has evolved due to rigorous training, and Salamander using technology, so I they have a battle. Ifrit loses and Shinbu doesn't believe he actually trained, so they go to the mountain and see a mysterious Dragon shaped cloud. It launches lightning at the duo, breaking a cliff they were standing on, and they both fall. Right at the end before blacking out, Zyro sees a mysterious silhouette in the cloud.

The story for the first chapter of an eventual community made manga would be like this:

Zyro and Kira finish the battle, it ends in a draw and then they are surprised by a huge force tearing the stadium apart and they see it's none other than Ryuga. They are all shocked. Meanwhile, Eight Unabara asks if he can go with his big brother on the championships, the WBBA will tell that they can't pay travel for any friend or relatives unless they are a team member, reserve or have a support function. It will make Eight Unabara sad so Kite will leave the Japanese team, leaving one spot empty. In order to decide who will replace Kite, a battle will take place between those who won between Zyro and Kira. Since it's a draw Ryuga will have to win against both Zyro and Kira. He will win against Zyro and then he will battle Kira, revealing his new powers of Guardian L-Drago. He will first play around with Kira to measure his powers and then tell Kira "You are not bad, but it's nothing for me" and Ryuga will steal his powers, including his beasts and surprise him by using Kira's own beasts against him and win so Ryuga will get Kite's slot. In meanwhile, Shinobu has been watching the previous championship to get prepared to win as most as possible, however when he sees what Damian did against other bladers he will be scared because of his experience with Kira and leave the Japanese team voluntarily. Zyro will try to convince him not to leave, but he can't take chance to end up like Damian's victims, leaving another spot empty. Reiji just enters the stadium to everyone's surprise as he has not been seen in many years. He wants to replace Shinobu. At the same time, Ryuto wants to replace Shinobu. A battle happens between Reiji and Ryuto. Reiji wins and takes Shinobu's slot. For the 3 other members of the team, one battle happens between Sakyo and Kira, with the result being a draw, so they both get a place in the japanese team. The last slot is either Yoshio or Ren. Ren and Yoshio battles and Yoshio wins and takes the slot. So the 6 official members are now Zyro, Ryuga, Reiji, Sakyo, Kira and Yoshio. There is need for 2 reserve members in case something happens to the official members. Zyro wonder why Gingka didn't do that as he is a legend, then just see Gingka and ask him and Gingka tells him it's because he wants to leave the slots open for new generation bladers to see them grow. He also tell him not to worry because he will be there watching the championship close. Ryto and Sora both want the reserve places, so they battle. Ryuto wins the first reserve place. Kenta and Gingka want the second reserve place. They battle. Gingka notices that Kenta has gotten much stronger, but it's still nothing for Gingka so Gingka wins this and get the second reserve slot. Now, all members of the Japanese team are decided. Zyro, Ryuga, Reiji, Sakyo, Kira and Yoshio are official members and Gingka and Ryuto are reserve members.

Indian team would consist of King Indus, the village leader and a completely new cast.

European team would consist of King as the leader, Julian, a new character with a Cereberus type Bey, another new scandinavian character with a bey based on Thor the thunder god, Sophie, Wales and Klaus and a new character with bey based on centaur as reserve members.

African team would consist of Dynamis and either a completely new cast or Nile, and the other african guy (I don't remember the name) and additional new members

South American team would consist of Tithi and either the Garcias or a new cast

North American team would consist of Zeo, Toby, Jigzaw/Masamune or a new member, Chris a new character with a fireblaze based bey, and possibly Helios as the leader and two new characters.

i thought ryuga was dead, dragon emperor life destructor also he kinda got crushed under an ancient temple, and even if he survived that, gingka is like 21 now so he would have suffocated and died bcause there is like no air down there. also wbba bcause ryo and the russian team are basically side characters now
