OK, basically this is for anyone who wants to make friends on their shiny new 3DS's, and to stop the 3DS thread being spammed with friend codes, post you friend codes and criteria aswell, e.g. must have street fighter 4 3D, I'm not to fond of the notion of adding strangers, but I know some of you are, so, here it is.
