If you're hard on money, your dad is unemployed and your mom is extremely ill like you're claiming, shouldn't you be worrying about more important things like earning some money instead of trying to buy some spinning tops for your own amusement?
Most people with enough sense in your 'situation' would do just that, and not use internet (which already costs money) to try and buy some toys.

In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau's famous motto, "Anyone can cook." But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist can come from anywhere."
