yes, OP has it under Uwiks tests. initial guess at most balanced mode was correct

I'll give it a shot when I get my diablo, but yeah.

I know...
Even I've gone blank atm. Speechless
I was going to suggest LLD like Izuma did, but I realized that it would face difficulties too, and hence I suggested Phantom...
Just what in the world can defeat this consistently?! :\
MF-H DIABLO NEMESIS BD145RF VS MF-H BASALT CANCER TH170CS
LAIGHT LAUNCHER 2
BASALT LAUNCHED FIRST
DIABLO:18/30 (ALL KO)
BASALT:12/30 (ALL OS)
i did 15 but i felt it wasnt doing good enough so i fixed my launch so it maintained flower pattern better and went 14/15 the last 15 rounds

Hm, if you weren't talking of launches, I was quite happy to see Basalt get a respectable amount of OutSpins...
But well, as you said, you weren't happy with your launches... Unhappy
Thanks for the tests, Fury. Smile
MF-H DIABLO NEMESIS F:D VS MF-H BASALT CANCER TH170 MB
BEYLAUNCHER LR
BASALT LAUNCHED FIRST
DIABLO:6/20 (6 KO)
BASALT: 14/20 (2KO)
never expected anything too good but kinda dissapoinnted about how low these were.

MORE TESTS COMING SOON

MF-H DIABLO NEMESIS BD145CS VS VARIARES R145RF
DIABLO LAUNCHED FIRST
DIABLO:13/20 (7KO)
VARIARES:7(7KO)
Well, F: D would certainly not impress you...
It was kinda expected...
I am actually surprised that Diablo didn't lose all 20. :\
May you please test a Phantom Attack combo against Diablo Kerbecs/Nemesis BD145CS? It would be quite nice...
Did some testing with variares, Mother of god....
VariAres is just OHKO, it doesnt finish fast, it loses, Phantom is a Marathon gunner, it attacks BUT has respectable stamina
VariAres is capable of netting a perfect KO at low spin velocity. So is Blitz.
The only reason to suggest Phantom here, is the lower amount of recoil.
The problem is, no beyblade seems to stay inside for a long time. So Phantom's Stamina is pretty much useless if it can't manage to stay inside. Smile
At the same time, Phantom might just have a little bit more stamina in comparison to VariAres/Blitz if on a rubber attack tip. An attacker is an attacker after all...

i want to point out that variares got perfect hits on diablo and many times just bounced out. diablo was a ROCK. could not be moved.
Chocked_2
If VariAres can't move something, that thing is too dangerous I guess.
I've actually lost hope in trying out Phantom against this...
But I really want to see a video for this. Not that I do not believe you guys, I want to see that just how this thing is not moving?!

That may be a description of the results that you get. However there are many people for whom that statement is incorrect.

This is a perfect example of why we need all testing to be benchmarked.

considering Uwik's these tests we can hope something from Duo....it can be the counter to this beast(Diablo)

so i want to see more of Diablo vs Duo tests...can anyone please do that

Unless his results are updated, I'm not interested in if it's balanced, I wish to see if certain positions attack better, defend better, so on and so forth.
About 15 minutes ago I put together Diablo Leone II BD145R2F.

And I came, JK, anyways... I could find a heavier ring and put on a MF, but even without doing proper testing procedures it's obvious what this thing is going to do.

If you want the [Phantom] attacker to retain its spin velocity for a considerably longer amount of time, why not try Metal Flat? If you can bank your shot correctly, you could either avoid Diablo for a time and out-spin it (assuming Diablo is being used in an Attack customization), or you could try Tornado-Stalling and winning that way (assuming Diablo is in a Defense combo this time).

And there haven't been any Meteo L-Drago ___WD/Spin-Equalizer tests against Diablo in a Defense customization, have there?
He is more concerned about it not getting KO'd by Diablo, not its actual spin-time.

Edit: there haven't but I'm pretty sure MLD would win.
But if you could just avoid getting hit by the bey itself, you wouldn't have to worry about getting KO'd by it and then you could get away with a win, couldn't you?

EDIT: Well, there: It shouldn't be too scary if it would probably lose to an Equalizer, then.
MLD __WD spin equalisers were never really that good anyway btw.

It would only win because it's on WD, which generally outspins defense.
Both of the Metal Wheels (Phantom and Diablo) are recoil-y and if Phantom were to Tornado Stall, Diablo's spin would still be relatively intact (especially compared to Phantom) and Phantom would probably lose via OS because of it's, and Diablo's recoil colliding mixed with its low spin-rate.

Could try Duo/Phantom BD145MF though.

Edit: they did kill BD145CS combos whether people knew it or not.
Yo, Dan, have you tried MF-F Phantom Cancer AD145RF?

It's surprisingly good. I'd like to try it against Diablo when I get mine.
That could work, I guess, but considering heavier and more potent Attackers have failed I'm not too sure.
If Diablo will KO anything and everthing on a sharp tip, kill attack types in Defense combos, and plow its way through (almost) everything in an Attack combo itself, you have to look at in a new light. If traditional ways of thinking won't beat it, you've got to think outside the box. Eqaulizers and Tornado-Stallers should be able to do the trick effectively if nothing else will.

IF somebody could please test the following match-ups, I would really appreciate it Smile :
MF-H Diablo Kerbecs/Unicorno II 85/100/BD145/TH170(All heights please)CS/MB Vs. MF-L Meteo L-Drago 100/CH120WD

We will be able to test against Diablo at the tournament. I know someone is coming with Diablo.

And personally tornado stalling would be a good idea. And if we had a spin stealer that wasnt so light then maybe it could work.
