3.) Just like how you tell the difference between MFB. The name, the parts and how it looks (in terms of shape).
4.) The V, GT, V2, MS, etc. all stand for different things depending on the Bey. Just check the Beywiki article of the individual Beys to see what they stand for.
5.) Yes... (HMS can customize with HMS. Plastics can customize with plastics. But HMS and Plastics can't be customized together.)
