TOURNAMENT REFERAL CONTEST!
In an effort to make this as big as possible, I'm instating a tournament referal contest. The person to get the most referrals for NEW WBO members at the date of the tournament will recieve a FREE Flame Byxis 230WD OR Quetzalcoatl 90WF - your choice! - at the start of the tournament. I will keep a tally of how many new sign-ups and at the end of tournament registration, I will announce the winner. Keep 'em coming!

Hey, guys and gals! It's going to be my 21st birthday in two weeks and I wanted to celebrate it by doing what I love most. This is an open invitation indoor tournament with a $5 entry fee additional to the WBO fees. The winner of the tournament will recieve a gift certificate to the store in the amount collected. Also, there's pocky for sale.

SO IN OTHER WORDS:
Entry + purchase of a passport = $15 fee
Entry + one time WBO tournament fee = $10
Entry + existing passport = $5

You pay $5 on top of the WBO's fee. Passports are one year unlimited admissions to any WBO event around the world. They cost $10 for the entire year. If you do not plan on attending more events, you may pay the WBO $5 for this one time. On top of what you pay the WBO, you have to pay $5 to the store for the use of their space, however, that $5 per person is counted as store credit, which the total amount will be given to the first place winner.

Time: Noon
Date: January 23rd, 2011
Place: Kings Games in Brooklyn, NY
(directions are available on their website)
Format: Block Round Robin

If the store manager sees that the attendence is high, we can discuss future organized game play as a regular venue. The store has been nominated for best organized gameplay and they are looking to collect video of this tournament to be featured if they win the award. So...

Let's make this big so we can have a Beyhangout!

lol. zeox... the most i can say is "make the best combo you got"... if you want, i could help you (i swear, i'd rather lose than sabotage another blader's combo....) PM me if you need help with combos. =)
Updated the OP. Yes, Sky, I will count your girl friend as a referral.
oh cool. =) lol. XD i would refer my younger brother but i can't for 2 reasons:
1) by the end of this week, this tournament officially wiped my pockets clean of money due to transportation, entry fee, and my new beys.
2) my younger brother has no money what so ever... so he can't even pay for himself...
Why not just sell spare parts?
lol. cause my spare parts are.... well, not the best in the world... unless someone needs a storm wheel, a T125, and a hf/s, dark wheel, and aquario energy ring..... lets see... a beyblade consists of 4 parts (considering facebolt and energy ring as one), i buy beyblades at target for $7 (plus tax), divide that by 4, and it comes around to $1.75
(just showing my work).
so yeah, i guess i could sell parts at $1.75... but i doubt anyone will want it....
We're going to have new Beybladers entering in the tournament who are going to find that they need any spare parts they can get so at $2 a part, they may do it.
lol. but what are the odds of that? i mean... yeah, at least someone will buy from me but some people will be smart and turn me down....
If you want to be a downer about it, go ahead.
Just sell the tokens you have! You will just win them back anyways amirite?!
lol. idk, i can try but that also means paying for my brother's ride too.... o.O
edit: i'm not very confident in my combos this tourney... i'm using an attack type for the first time. o.O
Will anyone have AD145 for sale or trade?

If that came in RBV 5 or 6, those are prizes at the tournament
oh boy, cye's asking for parts.... we KNOW that means trouble....
lol. i don't mean to spam this but does anyone have any requests for any pictures i can draw for them? Like, pictures they'd like to purchase from me (price varies depending on what they want me to draw). i'm already selling the Ginga picture i hand drew for $5 at the tourney... it's pretty cheap for a well drawn picture (in my opinion). here's what it looks like:
http://youtu.be/QjPMU2OlpWI?hd=1
but yeah, since i'm feeling better from my cold, any drawing requests?

And sky prince, could you do the request i asked for earlier?
You and your cousin or just you? Good job, by the way, I'm proud of you. Smile

Tired seriously man. A contest for referrals. WHY!? why did my friends have to get sick!?
Now I just have 1 referral... Oh well at least I can go. XD
sure. no problem. =) u said a pic with sora and cyber doing OC, right? lol. i don't mean to take money from you but if i actually tried, it would bump up the value to $10.... but if you want i could do "$5 work" (meaning i make it so simplistic that it's worth $5)
Lol. I love how my beycarrier came with Blizzard Burn Pheonix for free.

5 days left until the tourny... I'ma being pimping inside kings game carrying my tool...NO..My Beybox!
Thing has alot of space for my beys and parts and such.. (I just hate how I can't fit my hasbro launchers, or my light launcher 2 in it, Or my second beylauncher.) So now I don't have to be carrying a bag with all my parts in it.
