If they lose the next battle, then they'll have no hope of advancing to the finals. The cornered Hyuga and Hikaru start training, but their teamwork is in shambles. Their self-proclaimed coach Wakiya invites them to his residence again, and waiting there were also Aiga, Ranjiro, and Drum. "I'll train you all at once" Wakiya says. In his hand is the strongest Defense Bey, the culmination of Komurasaki's finest scientific findings. As Wyvern shows how much of a threat is its defense, everyone there gives it their all as they challenge it.

“Marginal special training” are they seriously trying to imply that the training is only somewhat special, are they saying Wakiya is not good enough? Should have been “super special training” since our boi Wakiya is back to whoop these Mary Sue’s

Wakiya is far too cool to be addressed by “marginal” lol. Anyways, yeah it does seem like it’s going to be the Jormuntor treatment. They barely have as many episodes left as is so it’s a miracle that they gave this to us.

Tokkun by itself means "special training"
Genkai tokkun translates as "marginal special training" which is awkward.

Epic that they found a way to fit Wyvern in, even though it was clearly an advertisement and I have 99.9% doubts that we'll see it battle again. I mean, it's a training episode during a tournament. Still happy to see something tho.
