Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - Me-has-Bro - Jan. 15, 2020 Bushin Ashindra A5. 14 grams. Burst Rise. Discs and Drivers were switched halfway through the tests. As addition to the "classic allstars" I threw in Turbo Spryzen S4, the only tier 10 Bey according to Bladekid's new Hasbro ranking. These are just some tests. I don't call any beys bad or good. Feel free to add Your testing results. A5.4F.Br vs C3.4F.Br A5: 0 Wins (0% Win rate) C3: 10 OS (100% Win rate) A5.4F.Br vs. B3.4F.Br A5: 3 OS, 4 Draws (50% Win rate) B3: 3 OS, 4 Draws (50% Win rate) A5.0.At vs. G3.0.At A5: 0 Wins (0% Win rate) G3: 10 OS (100% Win rate) A5.0.At vs SrS3.0.At (left) A5: 2 OS (20% Win rate) SrS3: 8 OS (80% Win rate) A5.0.At vs tS4.0.At (right) A5: 2 K.O., 3 OS (50% Win rate) tS4: 2 K.O., 3 OS (50% Win rate) Conclusion: As expected, A5 as a defense type Bey cant stand a chance against stamina Beys. He seems to be on par stamina-wise with the best Defense Bey B3. This potential needs testing against attack types. Though A5 is lacking any gimmicks, he seems to have tight slopes, which might help against attack type Beys. As a defense type Bey he could achieve some recoil knockouts against tS4. His anti-attack potential needs further testing. Setup: RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - BuilderROB - Feb. 05, 2020 I decided to compare Bushin Ashindra A5 to Turbo Spryzen S4. The tests I did were: Bushin Ashindra A5 00Cross Survive Vs. Turbo Spryzen S4 00Cross Survive. Yes, I know, it’s survive. It’s the highest stamina driver I have, but this test will still tell which layer is better for this purpose. I did ten rounds. Results: Bushin Ashindra A5: 0% Turbo Spryzen S4: 100% (7 OS’ 1 Burst 2 KO’s) It was not even that close. Bushin Ashindra was outspun easily by Turbo Spryzen. It may have defense potential, which I will try to test later. Bushin is really not very good vs. Stamina layers (or even balance). As defense type it should perform better versus attackers. I am collecting some good attacking stuff right now, like V3 with Xtreme and start testing soon. RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - Me-has-Bro - Feb. 08, 2020 Ok so here are my first testing results for A5 vs. attack type beys. Hasbro only. 10 iterations. A5 launched first, attack type Bey second. TT standard type stadium. I chose the best attacking layer Valtryek V3 (tier 8 of 10 according to bladekids Tier list) and a veteran classic attacker Xcalius X3 (Tier 6). A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. tV3.Z.X A5 5 Outspins, 1 Burst (60%) V3 1 Outspins, 3 KO (40%) A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. tV3.Z.Hn A5 7 Outspins (70%) V3 3 KO (30%) A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. tV3.Z.Z A5 6 Outspins (60%) V3 4 Outspin (40%) A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. X3.00T.X A5 2 Outspins, 1 Burst (30%) X3 7 KO (70%) A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. X3.00T.Hn A5 6 Outspins (60%) X3 4 KO (40%) A5.Hr.Kp-H vs. X3.00T.Z A5 3 Outspins (30%) X3 2 Outspin, 5 KO (70%) Conclusion: Bushin Ashindra A5 is not a good choice against attack type beyblades. Without having any gimmicks, it's often KO'd. Update: I had to adjust the results after learning that bouncing back from the wall is still considered as KO. Note that A5 was in Stock Combo. Tests with 00E.At will follow. RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - bladekid - Feb. 08, 2020 (Feb. 05, 2020 1:41 AM)BuilderROB Wrote:Probably rock. RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - Me-has-Bro - Feb. 14, 2020 You mean the chip of Sword Valtryek V5? Well, the Ashindra chip did not have problems with bursting. The layer base is the problem. I assume with V5 chip it will also get knocked out. Uh, interesting. I would use Ashindra cuz my Ashindra is super hecking tight 0~o different molds I guess RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - BuilderROB - Feb. 14, 2020 (Feb. 08, 2020 4:38 PM)bladekid Wrote:(Feb. 05, 2020 1:41 AM)BuilderROB Wrote: Rick? RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - charlestrevino - Jan. 06, 2022 Some pretty interesting ideas here. The Ashindra chip isn't afraid of bursting. The issue is with the class base. I'm guessing it'll be gone with the V5 chip as well. 2 player games RE: Bushin Ashindra A5 Testing and Discussion - leque12 - Aug. 31, 2022 (Feb. 05, 2020 1:21 AM)BuilderROB Wrote: I decided to compare Bushin Ashindra A5 to Turbo Spryzen S4.
