Zoom is kinda okay as long as teachers can manage it properly. And your father isnt wrong — there have been stories of unexposed people invading meetings and doing inappropriate things that interrupt the session
Varies from teacher to teacher, honestly. As for Zoom, theres also the option to come in with your profile picture instead of your face. You can also do things like put tape on the camera and whatever else to prevent your face from being shown
Most teachers are chill with you not putting out your face because theyre mostly concerned about lesson plans. Some might be picky and want your face shown for like, say, a test session where one device out is for Zoom and another device out for online test

i use Google meet and some of my teachers are using Zoom but we only use those if we need help with an assignments

A Kids Bop commercial just came on and reminded me of 1st grade. When ever the teacher would put on Kids Bop for us to get energy out, you’d see me covering my ears hiding in the back of the classroom.

Ew my high school released a Zoom schedule and we have 3 classes twice a week. All of the meetings being 1 hr and 30 minutes
Zoom is going to eat up all my batteries before I even touch my online homework

What will they do? Online detention? Not like they would care because my grades are great

JUST 1 HR AND 30 MINUTES!!! THAT ALSO TWICE A WEEK!! You're lucky, believe it. I am having 8 to 1 pm. All six weekdays. Plus about 2-3 assignments everyday with submission being next day or two days later.

I just finished online school, but at the end of the video call, it was only two teachers, a student and her parent and me. I was getting really bored, so I turned on my camera, and placed it in front of an empty chair. Then from the side, I jumped over the chair, and the parent noticed and said something about it.

Yeah. For online school, we just have pass/fail grades. I really want to see how it would affect my grades. Im not sure if it would, my grades were both A's so idk if it can go up.
