Can Parents/Adults Help With Hosting Tournaments? - CheetoBlader - Jun. 03, 2019

Can they? I’m a little too young to host one, but can you host one if your parents help?

Yeah. But that’s not my question.

I don't see there is any problem with that. Although if you want to make them judge

Just make sure they are properly aware of WBO Rules and ask you if they aren't sure about something

So I can take the quiz (once I get the required stuff), put my age, and get approved?

I have a similar question so I’ll just ask it here:
I want to take the quiz but I’m a year and a half young to do so. Could my parents help me? They have a to papal and stuff,

If you're too young to take the quiz, then you cannot host a tournament. Try asking a parent or guardian to take it and then they can host an event and you can assist them.

Anyone can be a judge as long as they demonstrate to the Organizer that they have a thorough understanding of the official WBO rules being used for the tournament format being used at the event. Typically, I quiz judges at events in Toronto before they are allowed to judge or have them judge with an existing judge watching them for the first event.

That being said, in the future we do plan to have some better/more clear documentation for how Organizers can qualify judges for their events.

I’m going to get my dad an account and have him take the quiz. Does he have to play in the tournament if he takes the quiz

No, you don’t have to participate if you host. I know kjrules17 hosted back in November and he didn’t participate.
