If in the anime they wont show the rest of the legends then in the manga we will see them. Tho I do believe in the end of the Season every legend might return.

What I mean like in the 2 previous sagas alot of blader from previous seasons make a cameo appearence in the last episode

and another thing that might be to another season and a potential movie is that TT just released (or will release i forgot the date) the new BURST app, and that Hasbro stopped being sucky, they have a reason to stop being sucky at this time
maybe its because there is an awesome season and a movie with new and powerful beyblades
