Yes, but it can also be used badly. for example, CHANGING OTHER PEOPLE'S NAMES TO YEETER BOOOIIIIIIIII NamanSpryzen!

its obvious. Not following the rules would get you banned and when u do, u can't login to WBO depending on time limit.
