Jet finally looked up but Shadow had gone. I tried my best to comfort him but nothing I said helped.
"No, Eagle." he said to his Bey. His eyes started glowing red.
"We'll get revenge." said Jet. I tried to convince him not to but he had his mind set for revenge. His eyes never changed to their normal color.

2 MONTHS LATER

"Hurry up, Higuchi!" shouted Jet. We were only halfway up the mountain. A large building came into sight.
"That's the place." Jet shouted.
"Are you sure Jet? We've been to many places and none of them were the right place." I said, exhausted but eager to keep going.
"I'm sure this is the right place." Jet said but he didn't realize the Beys coming from all directions. We both launched our Beys. Mine was charging right through all the other Beys but Jet's was having some trouble. Suddenly, one Bey came and knocked Jet's Bey straight back at him. Now the Bey was coming straight for him.
"Go Perseus," I shouted, "Cross Black Excalibur!" Gravity Perseus raised some of the rocks and dropped them straight on the other Beys. All the Beys had disappeared.
"We're in the right place." I said, trying to cheer Jet up but he was in no mood for jokes. Once we reached the building we could see no way in. All of a sudden, the man I met in the desert, approached us. Jet took his launcher out and launched his Bey.
"Higuchi, C'mon! Why aren't you launching?"
"I left my launcher down where we battled all the other Beys." I said.
"Quickly. Go get it." Jet shouted.

I ran at full speed back up to Jet. I was hoping that I hadn't been to late. But I was.

Jet was lying on the ground with a small nosebleed. He seemed to be unconscious but my anger and pain made me not pay any attention. There was not a person in sight. But I all I really wanted to do now was to get revenge on all of the darkness bladers. The weather suddenly turned against me. I had to drag Jet down the hill and we found a large cave in the side of the hill that seemed perfect for resting in.

It took him a while to regain consciousness again.
"It's nice to see ya again, Pal." I said to Jet unaware of his confused face.
"What I miss?" He said sarcastically, "So where is Midnight Eagle?" Then it struck me. I had left his Bey there when I pulled him down.
I was stuck for words.
"Emm... Well you see..." I said, not knowing what else to say. "I think it is..." I left a pause there just so I could prepare for the anger. "On top of the hill."

It was a couple of minutes before Jet could get his mind around it. He was worried that he might have lost his Bey again. He never wanted it to happen again.
"Lets go then!" He shouted.

We were halfway up the hill when we were approached by a tall thin teenager about 16. He grabbed his black launcher grip with a metallic green string launcher. The string had had black launcher rubber with a green Bey-pointer. He prepared to launch.

His skin was fair and had clots of dirt. His hair was messy and dirty and it was a very shiny blonde. He was wearing a dirty green T-Shirt that looked like it was never washed. He was also wearing denim jeans with dirty white tennis shoes.

"Let it Rip!" He shouted. I then grabbed my launcher.
