RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - TL14 - Jan. 10, 2019 I preordered my Z Achilles A4 and Wonder Valtryek V4 from ToyWiz in October and they arrived last month. I unboxed them today and to my surprise the slopes on both of them are really tight (with Hasbro drivers of course) and they rarely ever burst. The Unboxing of my Z Achilles A4 11 Xt-S is uploading right now. I don't know why mine are so tight. The Z Achilles A4 of my Girlfriend is actually very loose just like my Brutal Luinor L4, that we got from Paris. Anyways, I will post the video here once it's uploaded. ![]() RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Jan. 10, 2019 (Jan. 10, 2019 3:13 PM)Dt20000 Wrote:(Jan. 10, 2019 3:16 AM)MagikHorse Wrote: They have some control, but we don't know how much because we're not in any position to see their communication. It's possible that TT is being pretty loose in all of this and Hasbro is taking advantage of that, which would kind of make both at fault (TT for not being strict enough, Hasbro for being this cheap with everything). However, TT is not getting less money because of Hasbro Beys because they get all their sales in the countries THEY are focusing, which are the Asian countries. Those that sell TT Beys online buy them in Japan in a bulk, meaning even if people don't buy them from the seller, TT is still getting money from the sellers buying them. I don't think TT would go that low because they're receiving their profits they want in Japan and other Asian countries. Isn't that what Random Boosters are for? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MagikHorse - Jan. 10, 2019 (Jan. 10, 2019 6:48 PM)BeyCrafter Wrote:(Jan. 10, 2019 3:13 PM)Dt20000 Wrote: True, but the opposite situation could also be true because think about it. All companies have one goal, which is to make money. When Hasbeys are very accurate, TT makes less money, but if they are inaccurate and cheaped out on, more people would want to buy from TT, so they make more money than Hasbro. I agree with this line of thinking, and I'll add that making your designs look bad in other parts of the world through Hasbro only turns people away from the game as a whole, and wouldn't be a good motivator for convincing people to buy from TT instead. You're just more likely to make people give up on Beyblades entirely that way unless they're already a serious collector. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Flame-Byxis - Jan. 11, 2019 I was going to order the 2 pack with K4 (K3?) or T4 (T3?). However when I look at the picture it doesn't seem to have rubber. Did they remove the god gimmick as well as the Cho-Z metal? Did they remove the god gimmick as well as the Cho-Z metal?Yeah, in addition to screwing up the names (Instead of being called Treptune T3, it's called Spiral Treptune T4 and instead of being called Kerbeus K3, it's called Kerbeus K4), Hasbro also removed the gimmicks from both of the Layers as well. Some Beytubers have unboxed those dual packs as well, check them out so you can see the parts when you get the chance. It would have been a huge disappointment. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Dutchems - Jan. 11, 2019 I found a bunch of slingshock dual packs at my local target today. They have the wave 1 singles, like three different dual packs, both the blue rail stadium and the rail rush stadium, and the ratchet launcher. The blue basic rail stadium is very good quality. The ratchet launcher is utter garbage. However, I got one of the dual packs with the hasbro rocktavor r4 in it because the driver it comes with is mostly metal, and damn that is the tightest driver I have ever owned. It feels like putting anytning on a new hasbro spryzen requiem. It's certainly better than the original. And it was also obvious that all Turbo Layers (except for Xcalius X4 apparently) would not have any metal, so it would make sense that Shining Amaterios will not have any as well. Which will also mean that Treptune T4.8B.E and Zeutron Z4.4M.E might be a part of the Switchstrike line since the recolors didn't come with a Slingshock Tip in the app. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Jan. 13, 2019 (Jan. 13, 2019 12:07 AM)BeyCrafter Wrote:(Jan. 12, 2019 11:16 PM)IronFace879 Wrote: Oh you thought Amaterios A3 was from the SlingShock series? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jan. 15, 2019 So, I have all of Wave 2 for Turbo and honestly, some of these are just so awesome, especially in-person. Yes, they don't have metal, but once you've accepted it, you'll enjoy them for what they are. Standouts are: Ogre O4 (the shape, the way it curves up and down, the size. Just so unique and cool) Salamander S4 (kept the gimmick on operate AND it has a Slingshock mode that is separate!) Kraken K4 (Gorgeous and the driver is interesting? It's a stamina Guard) Typhon T4 (The snakes curve upward and waves and makes it amazing in-person) Dullahan D4 (Similar shape to Luinor L4 but with a unique design.) No surprises but Hercules H4 is too good. Layers of both Salamander and Hercules are top tier tight. Also, Amaterios A3 and Orichalcum O3 are both extremely gorgeous and the perfect alternative to the TT version (sadly, without the metal on Amaterios) Honestly, they're all great! I'l take photos as soon as videos are finished being released by Zankye/Ilinnuc (if he owns them). I want to make the Wiki article for the Driver but I want to have the name for it. Thanks. (i made the mistake of using it with a wide tornado ridge, I'm looking at you portable stadium, Z Achilles cut my finger, it was the takara tomy) RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Jan. 16, 2019 Kraken K4: It's pretty cool, still wondering to what the performance tip is actually called.
